i dont know ! , i was buying striker m2 whene i buy it i dont saw it on my garage but i was using it ! , and the crystals didn't  spend 1  crystals !  and whene i saw my garage i can buy also m2 i buy smoky m2 and that what happen i am trying to remove it i  dont know how !   :unsure:

whene i restart my PC  i saw my Striker m2 and smoky m2 in the garage , and the crystals  didn't changed .

Usually server can "think" negative crystals are a result of cheating. If you're sure you did not do anything wrong, than please do what HRH said and contact them via the link given above.

Hi , they didn't fix my problem :(  i tell theme about my problem, they dont answer me   , before i buy striker m2  , my crystals was 58k  , and whene i buy striker m2 the crystals didn't changed, whene i saw it didn't changed i buy smoky m2  , after  i buy smoky m2    i got that minus in my crystals :(  , plaese help me if u can , whene i go here http://tankionline.com/forms/free/en/  they dont answer me , or fix my problem

You have to fill the form and wait 24h for them to reply, sometimes it might take more than 24h so it is better to be patient than send multiple applications one after another as that will only slow your process of getting an actual answer/solution for your problem. 

 

Also the confirmation link (after filling the form) doesn't work on chrome and opera. If you open the confirmation link on chrome, It will open the application form again and it won't confirm, and you won't get a ticket number and moreover, that confirmation link won't work again. Therefore, you'll have to fill the form again so it is better to open the confirmation link on Firefox or Microsoft Edge. Good luck!
