Cant Chat in Battle

ive reached the rank of Master Sergeant on my Alt account and i cannot chat for some reason im not banned its just that when i press enter it puts the chat thing up then closes it right after immiedietly and my keyboard works for everything else its just tanki that doesnt work with the chat and also the Tab button doesnt work for the small ammount of times the enter actually does work my keyboard works just fine on other things its just on tanki it wont work

 

im running ubuntu 16.10

and have a fully updated version of Adobe flash ive tried other keyboards the same problem occurs

alrhough that bugs annoying im talking about a chat bug thats a completely different issue

btw nice combo is an m1 mammoth m1 thunder worth or should i just do m1 titan instead

i cant take a screenshot of it its not something you can just take a screenshot of because its acting like i pressed enter 2 times (almost exactly the same time) same with tab and you cant get a picture of that and i dont know how to get a gif

What do you mean by same as Tap, you can hold the tap bottom and still take a picture, anyway try to describe the problem a little bit more please and of course you can record a short video of it since you are not playing so it shouldn't be that laggy.

ok so basically when i press enter to chat it acts as if i pressed it twice (the chat pops up and closes right after) and on a rare occasion it will keep  the chat up then i type stuff in and try to press tab to switch the public chat instead of team chat and it does the same thing it acts like i pressed it 2 times really quickly but the difference is the tab never works. the tab still works to see the leaderboard  though

 

these problems are exclusive to tanki chat only (in battle chat)

Sounds like there may be an issue with your keyboard. Try pressing enter in Word and see if it goes down one line or two.

theres nothing wrong with my keyboard i tested it on Google docs it works normally but when i try on Tanki the chat wont work

no. He had bad/no internet conection so game didnt detected him therefore, he became immortal and unable to deal damage.

What are you using for playing the game? And as Hate mentioned, did you try using different browser?

im using Firefoxs latest version and am on Ubuntu 16.10 and i tried Google Chrome and it still didnt work

Well try using the official Client from the homepage or the Standalone Flash Player and see if the problem gets better or not, let us know as well, thank you.

Open the app, click on ''File'' and click on open. Here is a picture for you. Now that you have opened, you need to insert one of the links given in here.  Go all the way down till you see ''Standalone Flash Player'' and choose a server for yourself, copy the link and past it in the small menu you opened in the app.

I remember when that happened to me, red team on noise. Blue team started freaking out about this godlike tank.
