A STRIKE OF LIGHTNING SHOULD APPEAR, HITTING THE USER AND SMALL SPARKS TO PLAYERS SURROUNDING THE USER. ALSO, HAVING A 1/10 CHANCE OF A GOLD DROPPING. THIS SHOULD SPICE THE GAME UP! :lol:

Exactly my point (including last line). Perfect solution. Drugs should be replaced by overdrive. However, all supplies should be charged separetly. If all supplies are charged collectively and activated at once, it will ruin balance as overdrived tank will be 4x stronger than non-overdrived.

But if you activate them all at once then you're stuck with no way to respond to enemy supplies while your own supplies are charging.

I think there should be a overdrive mode, where it is TDM but each of the teams have a overdrive bar and they can fill it up. Then the whole team gets the overdrive but triple everything. Maybe even Low - Gravity for the first few seconds. Or small crystal boxes drop, like maybe 20 crystals.

Look buyers will use drugs no matter what. Your suggestion is nothing but a drugging version of PRO battles. Better tell developers to remove teammate's drug activation with your activation.

I never said to remove supplies and neither am I against the use of them. I'm saying that they should become a thing that anyone can use regardless of whether they bought them or not, so that simply buying more supplies won't give anyone an advantage.

You mean it should be a thing called "Nothing"? Because there's nothing in tanki that's same for both, buyer and non-buyers. Now don't say that "you enter a battle for free" thingy...

 

 

Or even "Nothink" xD

hey Cedric  good  finally speak 2 u I've been player for about half of the time here 4 years or so and I must say the games gotten a lot better smother faster game flow as 2 the overdrives, happy birthday by way ,great game u guys got my tanki when I first started was slow then with speed button it helped a bit I got better and im usually in top 5 or what I play but I got a few ideas how about super, super speed  like really turbo u ever see a wasp compared 2 a mammoth or a titan or u could have tank rockets like gold boxes so u can fly, a rare rare item , I mean u came out with rockets (on my weapon wish list)for weapons why not rockets 2 speed up tank and let er really, really fly, also its good 2 get free supplies to save money for the microuprades but that overdrive key is hard 2 see, the count up and when it gets 100 its also hard 2 see, how about a red light next to it or even better when gauge gets 100 percent show it in red. I try and play every day it helps keep the aggression of life away I call it my aggression therapy thanks tanki folks keep up good work

 

 

another  concern of mine now that u have made all severs EUPOPEAN UNION we have a few varieties of languages out there can there be a button 2 translate all conversations into language your used 2  I mean if somebody writes something like say in RUSSIAN its probably important and kind of distracting for a bit when u don't know what they saying I mean usually ENGLISH is a common trade playen language right  well anyway now u got some ideas for thought keep up great work don't let the TANKI rust aye

you should have an option in PRO battles to turn on the option to HAVE zero supply.........

 

if its a NON pro battle, the option to have zero supply should be permanently disabled. This means that the only way to play with zero supply, that is the overdrive supply, is to find a PRO battle with it.

1st post 

 

I was going to think this through a bit more, but I'll just write something off the fly. 

 

I am thinking this is just what can we add ... how much it needs to relate to overdrive I do not know So here are a few ideas I thought of ... just right now. If it sucks it sucks if it doesn't it doesn't.

 

1) Damage Surge

 

You spawn, correlated to the turret in question your first few seconds (or number of shots) of damage is significantly - or marginally increased. So let's say thunder or smoky where the firing isn't continuous but shot based. The first 2-3 shots are increased 50 % extra damage. Isida / Vulcan where damage is more constant, again instead of the full clip being increased it is based on seconds. So for some turrets it's by individual shot. And turrets with timed clips it is a second based damage increase. Ends after first or 2nd kill automatically?. But boy will the kills be fast when its on. 

 

2) Vengeance Mode

 

The person who last killed you *Easily tracked in game log- is your target for your next spawn until you die again. Let's say Player A kills you. Your next spawn you goal is to kill player A before you die again, if Player C kills you then he is your new target, no longer A. If you kill the Player who is your target on the spawn after you die then you get some reward. Crystal based. Supply based. Many take a day off of an upgrade. Whatever we give as reward. Xp maybe ten times the xp for vengeance mode only on valid targets. 

 

3) Specialty Master 

 

While in an active game, a player may go to the garage and choose a specific Tank chassis. He does extra damage to that style of tank. As a tanker, you have faced Titan many times, and you have found a chink in the armour. You know what to aim for. Increased 10-20% damage. This will kill large tanks with more health faster. Or perhaps you are a turret that specializes in killing the already vulnerable hornets. You've figured out how to adjust your turret to do more damage against Hornets. Killing them at exceptionally effective speed. 

 

4) Zone defense. 

 

Maps have spawning zones. Each map is divided into zones. Your spawn, Enemy spawn. middle of map, your side of map but not spawn, their side of map but not spawn, underground. overpass. bridges. etc. These zones could trigger effects. While in your spawning zone double armour is always active. Home court advantage. Just as you leave your spawn, speed boost is automatically activated. Get in the battle! Duck into an underground tunnel or designated area of map, and automatically receive a free repair kit *even if there isn't one there to be picked up. The zone just triggers it all. Enter the area just outside your opponents spawn and activate double damage. Activations could run out, or run for specified time. While in opponents zone supply mode is turned off. 

 

This would prevent camping on spawn zones. For one, your opponents will always have double armour in their home turf. You will never have anything but lets say ability to activate your repair kit supply. I dunno, I feel there is something I should be tweaking here about home turf while opponents attack.

 

5) Collision

 

Collision damage is introduced. Correlated to weight of tank? Or tank itself? 

 

I have 3 in mind. Pushing is not what I have in mind. I mean actual impact 1 time. So you have head on collision. Side ram, And coming from behind. Head on collision is determined by combination of weight and power of tank 1 vs weight and power of tank 2. Unfortunately bigger hulls have advantage. If they collide with you it's gonna hurt. So don't charge them! if you are a weaker faster hull you can avoid it better but not always. Side rams and from behind smaller hulls have the maneuverability to gain an edge. The damage is a flat one time occurrence... So a side collision based on whether its a wasp or a viking hitting you does either 25 or 75 damage. A distribution by tank between 25-100 damage. Maybe also include the speed of the tank? A faster tank will hit you harder? I dunno. I mean lots could be tweaked here. 

 

Maybe pushing does damage itself as well. If you get locked in a head on collision viking vs titan maybe the tanks just physically do damage. Will encourage people actually moving tanks instead of just colliding. A viking fire likes to come up and burn my titan but whoa! not so fast. Use some skill and at least keepa  couple meters distance and drive around me, don't just run into me burn me. 

 

I dunno. I have plenty more but maybe these are garbage ideas so why continue haha

i was thinking ore along this line. But more I read what other people are suggesting, and maybe this goes for above what I wrote... haha maybe we just keep tanki the way it is. The more we try to change it or customize, especially the regular games for completing missions, I've seen some suggestions that if implemented Tanki for me personally would no longer be enjoyable. 

 

It's a hard call on how to further update tank to make it good, and curtail what is already there. But maybe my, and other suggestions are some what gimmicky

Remove the current supplies system i.e. pressing 1,2,3,4 for activating supplies. Just implement overdrive.

The more we try to change it or customize, especially the regular games for completing missions, I've seen some suggestions that if implemented Tanki for me personally would no longer be enjoyable.

Instead of calling it Overdrive can we call it RAGE cause it liketis boost of insane energy and in CLASH OF CLANS if you drop the RAGE spell it has splash effect just like Overdrive. So could it please be renamed​ RAGE instead  of overdrive.​

Overdrive should have longer supply times, but should be in a special game mode...

A graphic effect like a huge explosion around you would be cool!

Lastly... If you manage to get 500% on overdrive, it drops a goldbox when you activate it. This is probably pretty difficult but I'm sure it's possible.

i think that when u use overdrive the enemy next to u dies instantly and all your teamates gets all drugs except gold boxes if there were to be gold boxes then that overdrive will be only allowed to use every 20 minutes average

Thank you all for writing this amazing topic on the Zero Supply Mode.

 

As you already know, the Zero Supply Mode is so much fun to use in Tanki Online and it brings Tanki Online to a whole new level and also gameplay. The Zero Supply Mode was renamed to Overdrive.

 

I really like the visual effects of the Zero Supply Mode such as the red star which resembles the rank-up effect and the recently modified blue glow effect when activating the Zero Supply Mode.

 

According to my opinion, I prefer to name this (0) supply to "Zero Supply Mode" because it uses the "zero" key on the keyboard. The name "Overdrive" is not quite the correct name to use because it sound like driving at a much faster speed, so when the "Zero Supply Mode" is activated the speed boost makes your tank drive just as fast as a normal speed boost.

 

In my point of view, the Zero Supply Mode should be integrated into Tanki Online permanently, so that Tanki Online can become more diverse by changing the gameplay slightly to add more interest and fun to the game.

 

Also, the Zero Supply Mode help players stay alive for a bit longer when hunting gold boxes. Gold box hunters would be very happy to have their favourite "Zero Supply Mode" activated during a gold box hunt, so lets keep this amazing supply in Tanki Online permanently.

 

A while ago, during the May and June 2017 holiday celebrations, I have asked the developers to permanently keep the "Zero Supply Mode" in Tanki Online and they refused. That is not fair, because without this cool Zero Supply Mode, Tanki Online sometimes feels a bit boring.

 

By the way, there should be a features with setting for players to customize the visual effect of the Zero Supply Mode. That would make every player in battle display a different visual effect for the Zero Supply Mode.

 

Perhaps, the upcoming matchmaking system would path the way to integrate a customizable visual effect for the Zero Supply Mode.

add the gold box in the zero supplie so when we press shift all supplies will activate and a gold will drop

 

or for activating the zero supplie change the key to 0 instead of shift

Hello, tanki!

 

For the Overdrive this is what you should do!

 

1) Make the time for the overdrives longer (at least 15 sec)

 

2) When any player gets to 100 kills using the overdrive, 1 gold box should drop. (If more players do that then 1 gold box for each player) (Note: you can't get 100 kils using drugs! You should be using overdrive)

 

3) BRING OVERDRIVE BACK!!!

I really like the Overdrive feature and its implementation, but I think it would be awesome to have something that does the opposite, instead taking away the supplies of all enemy tankers in close proximity. I think Tanki should call this "Black Hole." Comment on what you think this feature could be called.
