No reply from Help Desk

I havent got a reply from tanki i sent them a message that my account was hacked but i guess they dont give its already been a week

My Awesome44 account was blocked

 

I was suspended because my paypal card refunded my purchases. Tech support thought I was stealing money. It wasn't my fault

Make sure you keep trying, have you tried filling out the forms or talking to administrators?

I have tried, same result ( suspension ) has it worked for u ?

Well, I always got a reply within a few hours from helpdesk...

And if I don't get, I message them from another email after a few days..

 

(oh goddamn, I never gonna fill out any forms...why do you staff people (wait, you're not even staff, coz you don't get paid...all you get are worthless crystals which have no damned use in RL) wanna bug us tanki customers so much??..we should be provided service in a way that's convenient for us and not for the company...haven't you studied business arts? or are most of these helpers just school going kids? :ph34r: )

Make sure you confirm it first and sometimes for some players out there the confirmation link (after filling the form) doesn't work on chrome and opera. If you open the confirmation link on chrome, It will open the application form again and it won't confirm, and you won't get a ticket number and moreover, that confirmation link won't work again. Therefore, you'll have to fill the form again so it is better to open the confirmation link on Firefox or Microsoft Edge. Good luck!

I play on chrome, when I sent to tech support, they responded the first like 5 times I asked for help. But now they just ignore me and don't respond to me. Why is that? How is that fair for people who are innocent like me but I get rejected every time I ask for help. I don't get it. Even more I prove to tech support that Awesome44 is innocent but they don't even care and they use to gave responses that were repetitive. Why can't I talk to a real person? How is this viable customer service? Why can't they unsuspend my account even after I am totally innocent? This is rigged

My Awesome44 account was suspended for fraud when the purchases I made through paypal were randomly refunded. They suspended me because refunding is a violation of rules. I understand this but when it wasn't my fault and I couldn't stop it with my control I feel this isn't right.

I deserve my account to be unsuspended. every time I ask for help they don't respond and this really annoys me. Hate, can you plx help me in any other way besides telling me to go to tech support? If you can't, is it possible for all my friends to email tech support telling them to unsuspend Awesome44 with them being forced to unblock me? Would love it if I could do anything to unblock my account. Plx help me Hate !!!!!!!

Unfortunately the only way you can get your account back is contacting them, I can't do much but guide you or tell you what to do. Some of their answers might take longer than the first few ones you received so keep that in mind as well and be patient instead of sending multiple messages. Just because sometimes they answered you quickly doesn't mean/guarantee that the same will happen and you will get quick replies to your questions. Sometimes they are busy while other times they aren't, sometimes the process is faster, meanwhile other times it isn't and some players send multiple forms or messages without waiting which will probably give a bad impression or slow down the process.

Ok, I will try to reduce the number of forms sent, how long is being patient? How can you guide me about what to do, pls explain. All I want is my account back, I haven't done anything wrong, yet tech support still refuses to understand. :(. What is the world coming to. I don't deserve this. Especially when I was suspended on the last day of tanki's birthday and I bought m2 twins, m2 viking, m2 titan, m2 wasp, m2 shaft and urban paint the day before !!!!!!!!!! ahhhhhhhhhh. I barely got to use them. I deserve my account to be recovered 110%. You better help me Hate, I am desperate. -_-

I really need your help man. I will do anything to get my account back. At least have a word to tech support to reduce my ban, at least * -_-. Plx don't tell me to go to tech support, will make me depressed. Is giving a bad impression on tech support likely to stop them from sending messages to me? If you send multiple forms to them, is the most recent one, the only one that is to be read? I have sent forms to my school email recently, and they never respond. But when I send to my other email, the replies are super quick. :( what is this? I have waited so many days from a response from tech support on my school email, but I receive them within 24 hours with my other email. can't they make it more unified. Hate- Plx have a word to tech support, plx try and do something to help me. Anything but nothing -_-

So, if you send multiple forms, the only thing happen is you will get a lower ticket each time you send a form resulting in a very late response/ late view of your form.

I prefer you to use a email of your own.

Be very specific and clear when explaining your problem, also never write any false information.

What did you mean by school email?

Was it not your email, is the email by school authorities?

Is it an email of yours, that you use for school?

When I say school email, it means I use it at school when contacting friends, my other email for other purposes.

Yeah, I don't get it. My school email was used a lot previously when sending forms and recently the responses never came. But when I send forms from my other email the responses were so quick. But they were always different to the ones I was * receiving on my school email. This is really confusing. Are they spending a lot of time to unblock my account on my school email and treating my account on my other email like they can't be bothered? Or is my school email blocked from getting responses? They did forget what they said on my school email when responding to my other email and provided answers that weren't continuous from what they previously said. This sentence is confusing, it was my best wording xD. Thx for looking into this, really appreciate it.

24 hours since I sent the forms, I hope they are working on solving my problem. I did send 2 forms, one with my school email, the email linked to my account and the other form with my other email, the one that has been responding. I hope what I have done is alright. I really hope they will return my account, I will be so happy if they do :)
