No reply from Help Desk

They do deal with all account thefts and missing resources. So they have a great work load. But in your problem it's difference since it wasn't hacked or anything but due to a refund from PayPal tanki think attempted fraud so you were blocked.

Let's wait a few more days?

Ok, lets wait a few more days, but Is my problem less important then hacked accounts or thefts which is why they are taking a fair while?

 

Do they have trouble fixing problems like mine?

 

Imagine if responses were instantaneous  :ph34r:

Well, life sucks

 

Tech support won't ever respond to me, it's been a week and yet no response

 

Can someone pls look into this and help me !!!!!

 

Make them respond to me, I haven't got a response in the last 3 forms sent and yet there was a 10 day interval between them !!!!

 

AHhhhh, they don't have a big workload, they are obviously avoiding me and not responding

 

Being patient isn't going to cut it, they have no respect in helping people :(

 

Plx help me  :unsure:

Honestly at this rate, I don't know what to say, you know it is their choice who they gonna reply to, help and so on. I or other helpers can't just go to them and say do this and that as they are employees while we are just helpers but if there is someone that could help, I will let them know about your problem, for now... all you gotta do is wait and wait.

All I have been doing is waiting, and I'm already sick of it, at least you can help a bit :)
