you have bug in the game I can not play because my tank fires blanks.

This is not new and I saw that some players told you about this problem ,But you do not fix it . why??

Each time your updates just make the game worse and worse ! 

And now from the beginning of the game, I was only shot blanks !!

Why you not fix these problems? In the end, everyone will leave the game and it's sure you do not want so instead of giving bad updates fix bugs in this game

it start to be sucks playing and if this bugs will continue I'm leaving the game

This bug happens when you do not load the battle completely due to some fault in the core files - such "faults" are expected to happen especially when the server is overloaded. A simple refresh or even self-destructing once fixes the issue.

It also happens on Kolholz (blue side, hill on the right) - there is no damage from Shaft when shooting those that are bodyguarding the red flag.

If the problem continues, you can try changing of what you are using now, if it is a browser, try a different one, if it is Client, try the Standalone and so on. You can also try clearing your cache if that will help depending on what you are using now.

Kolholz you say? The hill on the red teams side is covered by houses. It looks like your shot hits them, but it goes through the invisible wall and does no damage.

It is a clear shot in Scope Mode. You have a clear shot above the houses.

I think you forgot to check mark "Show Damage" in the settings.

it does not help and my map loading fully  and server not overloaded .

look i have shaft m4 and my damege in sniping mode 3000 and i need 4 or 5 shot on pro battle (no supplies mode and no boxes drop) to kill hull viking and sniping mode loaded fully and i do damage 400 or 500 and to all this it shot blancks after 3 shot!

this bug start after developers did very bad update on shaft and remove penetration ability and made him very weak

It is a clear shot in Scope Mode. You have a clear shot above the houses.

No its not. It doesnt hit the houses, but any shot that goes through the invisible cube has no damage/impact.
