But can you ban the noob Soup.Or.Man? He stole my account long ago and bought crystals on it, and tried to say that it was his.

Use the form given by the Moderator, even if your account is suspended, there might be a chance of getting your account back.

 

About the ban though, it is not even 0.1% possible just follow the Mod instruction and you'll be fine.

Not true, my friend's account was suspended about three-four months ago because Tanki thought he bought some things with an unregistered/illegal credit card. He told Tech Support, they apologized and it was unlocked the day after.

Yeah even i was banned from chat forever by noob chat admin ( you know who). I mailed TO and they let me chat again :p

If you provide them enough proof, they will unban your account.

No one but tech support deals with blocked account, as is clearly stated here: http://help.tankionline.com/topics/2305-ive-been-punished-what-to-do/

 

My colleague already told you how to fill in the form to get stolen account back. Also, we do not ban according to hearsay so the only thing you can do is retrieve your account safely. Good luck.

Please do not spread deceptive or misleading information, that's a bannable offence. You were never banned forever.

I gave my account Fluffy_Kitten to a guy when I was only WO 1. He promised to buy 100k crystals and I was foolish enough to believe him, somehow Soup.Or.Man got my account from the guy, and changed the password. He did end up buying crystals for it, though.

 

In 2015, I got it back, but I saw a link in the chat, I thought if I clicked on it I'd be able to get into the test servers, that's what the guy said...then it brought me to a website that said I had to enter my login details, so I did. And I got suspended shortly after that, I was suspended fairly, for phishing or something, because it was my fault for clicking on that link and then entering my login details.

That is not what phishing is. Phishing is spreading those links that can be used to steal accounts. A similar thing happened to my friend, the person running the website used his account details that he registered with to spread more of those links.

Since you gave your account to someone else, there maybe those IP logs, so Tanki may refuse to give you the account too.

You entered the login details in a fake site, the owner of that site must have spread you details, or used it to test some third party applications in other words just to ruin your account.

You need to explain this to the tech support very clearly. Email >help@tankionline.com

If they still refuse to give it back, kindly you will have to abandon the account.

^ exactly on point. You have to explain nice and clearly everything you can and everything you did, lying is not an option since some players does but just tell them what you said in here clearly and hope for the best. Email is an old option though so use the link instead of sending a email to them.

Fluffy_Kitten is not worth getting back. It's fine, I have a Brigadier account anyways. Fluffy_Kitten has been inactive for over a year, I don't really mind if I will never play on it ever again.

Fluffy_Kitten is not worth getting back. It's fine, I have a Brigadier account anyways. Fluffy_Kitten has been inactive for over a year, I don't really mind if I will never play on it ever again.

Why have you spent so much time campaigning for Fluffy_kitten if you truly don't care. It's an alright account, your second best. The one downside is all your friends are lost :( I have a Colonel account that is suspended, been spending a lot of time recovering it. Hope it will happen soon. RailgunKing44 is my second account xD
