Why have you spent so much time campaigning for Fluffy_kitten if you truly don't care. It's and alright account, your second best. The one downside is all your friends are lost :(

Lol I like the name, and it has Tornado kit which has my fave paint. Yeah it is a waste of time, and I didn't even have that many friends on Fluffy_Kitten, even if I did, I didn't know them that well. I'm still trying to get my other high account unbanned tho.

Yeah even i was banned from chat forever by noob chat admin ( you know who). I mailed TO and they let me chat again :P

Haha same, I was banned forever once too. It was a pretty long time ago but i'm pretty sure it was because someone went on my account (no one knew my password) and it took me over 8 months to get unbanned because they said it was my IP which confused me cause I didn't do anything to get banned forever :huh:

I'm sorry to tell you that the player will not be banned without actual proof. Only with valid proof, it is possible to ban players. Hearsay is not proof, no matter how trustworthy the person who said it is.

That would be called a block, not a ban and players do not get blocked for chat violations, they get blocked for game violations (details about that in the game rules). Also, kindly refrain from spreading false information and misleading other players. Players that break the rules will be punished, if they're caught. Obviously not everyone gets caught because we do not have enough manpower to be everywhere all the time. It's as simple as that. 

The reasons for closing the chat violator section have nothing to do with this and the reasons for that decision were clearly stated. In case you missed it, you can read all about it here. 

On a final note, maintaining a friendly atmosphere in the game helps against players deciding to leave, it doesn't drive them away faster.

on forum, if somebody uses offensive words, he gets banned

on chat, if somebody uses offensive words, he doesn't get banned

 

where is the justice in this

 

there are more players watching chat than forum, so the moderators ought to be working there

 

also you want to create a friendly atmosphere for people who use offensive words, by not banning them, and pretending that any evidence against them is fake?

 

most reasons for updates given by the press and developers are fake ones

 

mission update is a good example

 

hazel said update came to prevent people from doing missions in private battles with their mult accounts on opposite team

 

now how many players actually do that

 

it was all for increasing shop purchases, and where does he mention this true reason

 

simply quoting articles from anywhere doesn't mean thats the truth

 

you have to use your logic to get at answers

 

there's much more players who use offensive language in the chat, and even the slightest punishment to them might drive a few of them away, thats why the chat violators section was closed, but since there are fewer people on the forum, and punishing people by restricting their forum abilities does not really cause decline in player base - this is why forum violators section is open 24 hours

Yeah, I got 1 warning point on Forum, apparently for profanity and insults, but it was just a joke. And I got banned on Forum for 6 months  <_<

Other people never get banned, even if they exchange accounts in main chat. How is it that I get banned then, for just one post on Forum?!

This game is messed up and with every update they ruin it even more, and the mods don't even do their jobs properly, always banning the wrong people hhhhh

The part where you claim that we do not ban or block players because we're afraid of losing players (and that that is the reason the chat violations section was closed) is the misleading part. Have you ever looked at the Game Violation Reports section by the way?

 

It's far easier to spot violators on the forum than on the chat for several reasons: Messages don't disappear on the forum, even days after they can still be spotted, players can report posts on the forum and chat can sometimes move so fast when many players are chatting that it's easy to miss a violation. On top of that, there are 24 servers, while there are less than 24 chat moderators and those chat moderators can't possibly monitor the chat 24/7 either. However, all of this does not mean that violators on the chat never get banned.

 

We do not want to create a friendly atmosphere for players that violate the rules, we want to create a friendly atmosphere for the players that follow the rules. We do this by explaining the rules to players and, if necessary, warning or banning them.

The article I referred to was written in cooperation with the chat administrators, in order to explain to players why the chat violatons section was closed. Of course you're free to believe what's written there or not, but it is the truth. This is why you shouldn't claim that your view is true, because that is, like I said, misleading other players.

 

Exactly, being able to use logic is one of the most important character traits a person can possess in my opinion.

 

And that is where you are wrong, it doesn't matter if a player gets banned on the chat or in the forum. A player that is banned in the chat, won't be able to post in the forum either and vice versa.

If you do not agree to a ban you've received in the forum, send me a pm and I'll look into it. We find it very important not to ban people who didn't break the rules, which is why we always need clear proof of a violation before we take action. This proof is stored, so we will always be able to review the evidence at a later point, in case a player files a complaint about receiving an unjust punishment.

Lastly, if someone is ever trying to steal accounts (yours and/or that of others) again, contact  or (chat) or @Miahak or me (forum), with proof in the form of screenshots and or a video, because this is a serious violation that could possibly harm many players. 

 

Since there is nothing we can do about the original problem in this topic and since I've given you instructions on what to do if something like this happens again, I will close this topic.
