Fall and impact damage

I think it would be an idea to have your tank take damage if you run into a wall at full speed. Even if it's 200hp, and with double armour 100hp, also take damage from jumping from high rooftops, this could be a mode you can select in pro battles when you create one. I mean we have friendly fire?

It's gonna be bad, like some players jump off platforms to get cover from enemies. Imagine you fall and self destruct your self.

I understand this game isnt much realistic in terms of wepons, their ability and so on. They are based on some"future" models. But there is a thing that can be made much more realistic and thats the animation when tank is falling. What i want to say is that you need to add DMG when tank falls from very high spot down to ground. Maybe this will brake the game`s mechanics and way it is like fun or so but it isnt very realistic when you fall down from 6 floor building down to ground like in RIO map and like nothing happens. Maybe not fall DMG but some DMG to your tank, like after certain fall, you lose 20% of your speed if you fall on your wheels, If you fall on roof of your tank, then turret gets reduced turning speed/reduced DMG. All of these fetures need values on which will they happen, if you understand me- for example value of height from which you need to fall down and get all this downbuffs. I think you can get these values done with some testing and the mechanics will get even better with these changes. I would like you to consider or at least test my idea, i think its not bad! Thank you.

You can't compare game into real life. 

 

If you make this under-review, let me ask that giving a shot in the chain of the hull can cause damage which causes un-able to move or we move slow. 

 

Think about carrying a flag and performing a jump to escape from enemies, I would die and the anti cheat system is irritating as it destructs me when

I climb up to the tank-mountain for gold.

I guess the title says it all.

But for the sake of clarity,I will explain.

You see,in movies when cars roll down from bridges or anything of the sort happens,they don't get completely wrecked,instead they bounce. Similarly,in Tanki when tanks roll down,nothing happens.I know the game is not about reality ,it's a futuristic game,but it's weird to say these metal beasts are damaged by a weak damage shot of Smoky, but not from being thrown from a great height.

So like the higher the jump from level to level or bridge to main battle field,the more damage a tank takes.

I was saying this because the game says  "accurate physics engine".I know game is not realistic but do you think that even in "futuristic wars" an escape route for tanks would be...

Can they?

I thought that while in the air(not before it) you can't control direction of your falling tank.You can see that in parkour even getting 1 degree off of perfect angle you end up in the wrong place.

Your picture is an example of self-destruct.

And we don't need more tactics - just press shift.

Even in overdrives there is a difference between using it rationally or just pressing shift as soon as the meter goes 100%.

Maybe it doesn't make a difference in Viking and in Titan, but every other hull has specific use cases for it's OD.

It's not just "just press shift"
