Why can't we talk to real people from Tech Support?

I have been getting really annoyed recently when I have used the forms provided to contact tech support and I get responses that are clearly robot-like. Isn't it possible to talk to a genuine person from tech support? Who are the people you can talk to from Tech support? Surely some of them play the game of Tanki Online. Who are the Aussie people from Tech support. I would love to talk to them about my suspension that was totally unnecessary. Can someone plx tell me someone I can talk to in private from tech support. Not a moderator -_- cuz they can't seem to help.

Well, the first reply granting you a ticket number is (obviously) automated but you then receive a reply from a "real" person. If I'm going to be honest, Mods and players are your best chance at fixing problems however none of us have the power to unblock anyone. The only people with those powers are Tech Support, as described here: http://help.tankionline.com/topics/2305-ive-been-punished-what-to-do/

As already stated in the post above, only tech support has the power to block and unblock accounts so you have to continue discussing your case with them. They are not robots, they simply have pre-made questions and answers which are made purposely, so that the process of dealing with individual cases gets quicker (you can imagine how many cases they are processing per day, and how many times they get the exactly same question?) That's the reason chat mods also have pre-made answers, you probably have seen them on the chat, like:

What do you mean mods and players are your best chance at fixing problems. When mods can't unblock me, the only way they can help me is by talking to tech support about my suspension and provide them with evidence of my innocence. Are you willing to take part in this? Or am I going to be stuck here repetitively asking for someone to listen to me and unblock my account? !!!!!!

He probably meant that mods and players can give you advices on how to do certain things but for unblocking accounts only tech support is in charge. No one else can do that and there's no point repetitively asking here for it.
