I lost my crystals

Hello guys, my nickname in tanki is rus0806, and I currently only have 98,000 crystals. Before I had around 340,000 crystals, because I was saving for Centaur kit, but some glitch happened and I had around 240,000 crystals taken from me. Please explain why this happened and I have already applied in the lost crystals application so When do i get the crystals back?

In addition to above, make sure you confirm it first and sometimes for some players out there the confirmation link (after filling the form) doesn't work on chrome and opera. If you open the confirmation link on chrome, It will open the application form again and it won't confirm, and you won't get a ticket number and moreover, that confirmation link won't work again. Therefore, you'll have to fill the form again so it is better to open the confirmation link on Firefox or Microsoft Edge.
