recently i was lagged out of game when it was going to end in 3 minutes i was having around 10000 xp and my team was also winning .....i lagged out and on returning immediately the match was already finished i guess i lost aroung 30k crytals as i was having premium account ...tanki admin/programmers should consider that even after having lagged out they should enable crystals to those who where playing and lagged out

If you actually did "immediately" return to the match after losing connection, than you should have still received your reward even if you weren't in the battle when it ended. However, glitches do sometimes happen and this is one of those things that can hit you at any time. There is nothing that can be done about this, but I hope that you learned your lesson and won't risk doing into such long battles. This is one of the reasons why developers made all standard battles last no more than 15 minutes, so that you don't lose much if you get kicked out due to connection errors.

My advise is do not play long battles and the solution for your problem is that the devs are working at the moment on the lags, bugs and glitches,

 

so don't worry your problems will be solved soon, and this bugs and glitches happens due to the overload on the servers

I know. I'm pretty sure that you'd normally still get the reward if you get kicked out and the battle ends soon after, before you join back. This guy either waited too long or quit the battle properly. Or this is an actual glitch

You would only get the fund if you remained in the battle for less than two minutes before it ended. Pause lasts for 2 minutes so that's how long your inactivity time is. However if he got kicked from the battle, then RIP.
