I had an error connection just before the battle ends and when I came back I haven't received my crystals... 0 crystals!!! Wth is wrong with this game??? Why the system doesn't save the score??? I can't play or do mission in this way -.-

I understand your frustration, but please try to keep your language clean. It won't help you convey your issue better.

 

Can you tell us what program you're using to play and if you play in full screen mode, maybe even use mouse controls?
Are you running any other programs while playing?

Like I said in this topic i'm having a "server connection closed" error every 10/15 minutes, very frustrating... this happens with firefox, chrome and the client too. With the client when the error appears I close/re-open it but after that I land in the main page, not in the battle where i was... in the browser at least I return in the battle automatically, but because the problem appears often just before the battle ends, when finally I re-enter in the game the battle is over and I haven't received any crystals, this is the worst thing!

Because the issue can have many causes, I'd like to ask you to try these steps to pin point what causes the issue.

I tried almost all of them, I think it's a connection issue because the problem came up when I changed the router with the new adsl. Some people that are using my same router have disconnections with games like WoW or LoL, but for example Tanki X works fine for me... maybe TO has some internal restrictive rules?

I'm afraid my knowledge of internet connections is limited, but I did find someone with a similar problem on the internet and the solution was to get a new IP from the ISP provider. If you're interested in reading it, you can find it here.

Ask your internet provider to open all the ports associated with the tanki online web page.that would solve the issue.Been there.

I opened the ports 4444,5190,5223,5222,5050 in the router but nothing changed, plus I've no problem with tanki X so it is something with TO only...

Tip: If there are 2 minutes or less left for the battle to end then don't refresh, stay until the timer is off so that your name would be still registered in the battle and receive your share from the fund.

Yes, leave it as is. Annoying turning turret sound, but at least you won't lose your xp and crys.

It depends on the error and when you got it, if you got it when 3 minute(s) was left from the battle or like 1h, if not less, it is better to leave it the way it is and never reload it because if you do, you will just lose the crystals as the battle will finish meanwhile it is ''loading'' for you and since your name is not on the list, the battle won't give you any crystals.
