Every player wants to know kills made by him in non pro battles during thee giveaways.

I know we can see kills made on rating profile page but it include kills in pro battles also.

 

Kills can be shown in profile during these giveaways or in a special page or in an excel sheet in forum.

I remember those players that had 998 "valid kills" during a 1000 kills contest.. they would have loved your idea.

 

 

 

I can also think of a dedicated "contest point" counter. Tanki defines which actions give you points (like 1 kill in non-pro battles = 1 contest point) and the players just have to watch that counter going up as much as they can/need/want. Tanki decides when those points are reset (like every day UTC, or after 2 days in a 2 days contest).

 

By this is could even have pro players participating again, as Tanki could say that a kills in a pro battle gives you 0,5 contest points (it is easier to harvest kills in pro battles).

Whenever there is a giveaway, I have a calculator on my other tab, and when the battle is over, I add how much kills I got in the battle. Its not always accurate, but it works for me.  -_-

I take screenshot of kills from profile and don't play pro battles.

However if Tanki show our valid kills, we don't need to do all these things and it will be easy for us.

nice idea.. last time i count wrong cause of rating.. pro n non pro battle kills got mix and my calculation goes wrong.but if tanki make some for giveaway kills count app or something like this then its very helpful to all of us.

When there's a giveaway you'll see a new Mission added besides the 3 you get daily...

 

Giveaway Mission: (Standard Battles Only)

 

A. Destroy enemies        0/400

B. Destroy enemies        0/900

C. Destroy enemies        0/2000

 

Reward:

 

A. 3 Gold Boxes

B. 5 Gold Boxes

C. 10 Gold Boxes (and a chance to win a dream tank.)

Taking the giveaway contest where you get that amount of kills as an example.

 

Have a kill counter

Reason: (can be possible) we see all those people who hit around 1190 kills (10 kills away from hitting the top prize) this maybe a cause of miscounting (not everyone double checks or keep track of their kills, they may have accidentally counted their kills from pro battles) or lost count.

 

Have a countdown till the day of the contest ends

Reason: not everyone knows their timezone either or may have confusion of using the UTC time as their own to start off, this had happen to one of my friends who wasn't familiar of the format (not mentioning names).

Great idea. Week should have contest giveaway counters because they help each and every player know exactly how many kills they need to make to reach that particular tier kills goal.

 

Example:

 

If I have 950 kills on the same day, I need 50 more kills to earn the 1000 kills tier to earn my giveaway.

Whenever TO crew decides to throw a giveaway like the last one, we have to track our own kills which can be annoying.

 

So my idea is that whenever TO crew introduces a giveaway, a stat clock at the side of the screen will do the work for us, like near the supplies bar, which will count all the kills only on Random Battles. (Like a contract)

This way, our mind won't be distracted on counting these kills and will let us focus on the gameplay.

I'm sure all of us would like to know whether we scored enough kills to win something.

Sure, we can do something like " remember our kills before the event started and check it again once it's over "

but what if I want to play a PRO battle for example? I can't count it if I kill in PRO battles.

I'd love to hear your opinions.

Yup, this should be introduced since giveaways are becoming popular and this would be useful.

I am a player that likes to participate in giveaways, whenever developers give them to players during weekends.

 

During giveaways, there should be an onscreen counter so that players know how many tanks they destroyed in total.

 

The giveaway counter must be displayed on the screen somewhere on the communicator panel, so that players see how many tanks they destroyed during the active time of the giveaway. The giveaway counter will count +1 kill on every kill that players make.

 

Please do not merge this topic with someone else's, but consider my suggestion as valid and helpful for giveaways.

The counter does not need to be reset. During 2 days giveaways, the kills counter must keep counting up until the 2 days time expire.

When there is a giveaway, there should be a giveaway mission slot so that players can keep track on the number of kills, and claim their crystal and supply reward. When there's a giveaway, you'll see a new Mission added next to the 3 Daily Mission slots you have.

 

I believe by having an extra mission slot for giveaways is more suitable, because completing giveaways is like completing a special mission.

I don't agree with this idea at all. Simply take a pic of your ratings prior to starting the giveaway ... problem solved!

However, I like Waspy's idea of having a designated kill counter for giveaways.

Or better just allow players to see kills made that day when in battle all the time. Tanki could just make it not reset overnight during giveaways.

Something would be good, I'm sure I'm not alone when I say I don't even bother to try for the 400 kills, in my normal play I wouldn't seen anything close to that, and I don't see enough incentive to go and play that many fully of druggy battles.  I have to burn enough of those now just to get missions done, and frankly the mission chain is far more important.

 

So, either the

 

    Counter, or count downer....which would be nice, because it could be used for a variety of different contests.

 

    The Claim Button... although this still leaves you in the dark about just how many kills you do  have.

 

or at the end of the day, both.  Would be welcome additions and perhaps a little more incentive to try.

I hate it when you start playing and about an hour in you realize you are supposed to be trying to get kills for the CWG. You don't know how many you have made, so you don't know how much longer to play. This weekend I forgot to check my prof to see my kills, (and even if I did, PRO Battles that I played in would be in there) and I had no idea how many kills I had. I just made a guess to how long I had to play. I ended up playing all weekend long which is something I didn't want to do, just to get 2k kills. Maybe, because I don't even know how many I got.

 

So quick fix...

when CWG are here, make a little counter, somthing like you guys made for the fund of the moscow bundles bought, for those events. Feel free to comment suggestions on how it will look...
