valid Ability to lower camera angle further

Right now we can only look straight forward or down from above, but being able to look a little up could be great for all kinds of things, especially for taking cool screenshots and having better view in videos. Also nice to be able to see who's up when we stand close to a big wall like in Silence or Esplanade and not need to move away or move the view all the way to looking at ourselves from above (which takes a long time).

 

The way it should work is when looking straight forward, if you keep pressing the key that lowers the view, the camera will rotate a little upwards quickly - much faster than what it takes to move the camera up and look down from above, cause it's just a little adjustment to the camera angle.

 

And here's an example of a bad view I have in a parkour trick, that could be solved only with the ability to look upwards:

When you move the camera down until it stops, a second press and hold of the same button could make the camera look up until you release the key, then it automatically returns to the normal low position.

I understood how it would work, I would like this in the game! Especially useful in Noise for blue teams, why shouldn't the blue team have some fair advantage too?
