Gold Boxes disappeared from my account!

Ok but I think is impossible for someone to know my password, so I think this should be a bug. The form is for crystals, do I need to write gold boxes in the comment?

The golds results used but I've never done it! What is going on here?? I wrote to help@tankionline.com do you think that I'll got my golds back? :(

Your account may have been hacked. Shows you have dropped that amount +2. You need a better password.

Hello, today I noticed that all my golds are disappeared from the garage, I had 24 of them!!! Is this a bug? Please tell me I want them back...

They didn't disappear, you just dropped them, or someone got on your account and dropped them for you. Your profile said you've dropped 26

I think someone logged & dropped all golds for himself.

Just be patient and wait for them to reply, if someone else logged in your account then you should get them back. Did you change your password already?

The help desk told me that they don't refund these things, but I tried with the form too and there they replied to me that I'll need to wait... I hope that my golds will come back and the hacker will be blocked :(

Very bad experience 

today the customer service replied to me saying that they've refundend only 3000 crystals for the pro battle pass... and no one word about who did this to me! 

As many players probably know well, earn gold boxes in the giveaways is very difficult, I've earned 26 of them with great effort and now they're gone, but it seems that tanki staff doesn't care about us. I think they can easily find the hacker by reading his IP in the game's logs, and maybe in the battle's log, but as I said they don't care.

To be honest it is impossible for someone to just use your gold boxes unless they know your passwords. It is not a bug and back in the old days 3 years ago I used the same tactic that someone spent 100k crystals on my account so just stop lying and get on with the game.

I don't know how someone stole my password, the only thing that comes to mind is that maybe I wrote it for error in one of the google forms for the contests... Otherwise I would not know, but the fact remains, I lost all my gold boxes and the customer service didn't want to refund me, not even partially!

Tanki Online does not refund anything. They can only compensate it. This topic should have been closed a long time ago.

Unfortunately, there is no other way of getting your gold boxes back.

You should change your password and not share it with anyone so nothing like this happens anymore.
