Declined Banned players can like posts on forum

The title says it all. I think this would be a good idea, since banned players can't post, they should be able to like posts at least.

A ban is a punishment that's meant to remove your ability to interact with other players and make your experience inconvenient. The inability to change a post's reputation is one of the intentional penalties from being banned.

Because it benefits the forum, but doesn't give the player ability to communicate with friends. And don't use the argument that some forum mods might be the banned player's friends.
