moderator; please actually READ my post before you close it

The essence of this is that the kits were rotated EARLY on Wed instead of Thur at restart.  There was no notification.  Ninja, informed me that Cupid is not in the kits now and closed the post.  I KNOW Cupid is not in the kit roster now...that is the POINT.  The roster changed early with no notice.


 


Let me say it again with different words to be clear: Cupid is not available in the kit roster today.  Normally rosters change every week...on Thursday.  Today it changed on Wednesday and there was no notice given ahead of time.   I tossed out hours of work and eight gold boxes to buy Cupid and when I went to the kit section this morning, Wed around 6:00 UTC, the rosters had changed EARLY WITH NO PRIOR NOTICE.  I have screen shots that can verify what I am contending...that the last roster was only up for six days, not the usual seven....without notice.


 


This is not fair and I feel I should be able to buy Cupid now.


 


Earlier post today with more detail:


I worked for hours and hours to get enough crystals to buy a Cupid kit...I even talked a friend into dropping gold boxes for me.  I know the kits rotate on THURSDAY at reset, unfortunately I went to buy Cupid today, Wednesday morning and it is gone.  The kits rotated EARLY with no notice, just poof, gone.  


 


This is totally unfair.  It has always been one week and there was nothing to indicate anything different this week.  The new selection has a time stamp on it showing that you have one week (less four hours) to purchase any of the available kits...so it must have changed over about four hours ago.  


 


I spent so many hours this last week in a panic to buy Cupid and did no upgrades to save crystals so I got brutalized in the process.  Please let me buy Cupid now.  I can't wait a month or more until it rotates in again...unless I stop playing completely because I am about to rank-up which will preclude me from Cupid because of too high a rank.


 


If there had been some sort of notice, I would have adjusted, but just to change the game with nothing...


 


Please let me buy the Cupid kit like I should have been able to do normally this morning.  Thanks for your time.


 


 


PS  I have screen shots of Cupid on offer from last Thursday and a shot of the current roster showing an availability of 6days 20hours, but you should have all that too.

My friend, it is a great thing that you have noticed it but sometimes kits leave the garage earlier like some time ago when it said 2 days left and after the server restart, 1 of them were gone without earlier notice so in this case, it must have been the same, kits rotate randomly without an exact order, all you can do is wait till their next appearance, no one can help you now and we moderators can't bring back the kits whatsoever, only the game Devs can. So in your case, no one can actually do anything about it other than maybe forwarding it but best you can do is wait. Sorry to leave you disappointed.

Thank you for you time.   I appreciate that you did answer my post instead of just saying that the kit is not in the roster.  At least I feel I have been heard.  ....To no avail of course.  It seems you guys must be as helpless and powerless as we mere players are.  

 

So many things in Tanki are unfair and there isn't a damn thing we can do about it.  We can post to this forum but that is as futile as screaming into the wind.

You could put a message in the complaint book or suggest a new idea in the I&S section.

As your problem has been solved/answered, I'm assuming that this topic can be locked now?

 

Once again, patience is gold so it is only a matter of time before the kit comes back. :)
