Declined Remove XT Turrets and Hulls - Replace with Something Better

I have complained quite a few times before about having XT turrets and hulls in Tanki Online. The reason why I have complained about them and still complain now is because XT turrets and hulls are the same as the regular ones. The only thing in common is their design.

 

So why would players bother completing super missions or buying XT turrets and hulls just for the sake of a silly design which looks different, but give players another duplicate copy of an already existing turret or hull?

 

My suggestion is for the developers to completely remove all XT turrets and hulls and replace them with something else that is much better. For example, players can design a few new turrets and hulls that have very special abilities which players can either buy with 500,000 crystals from the garage or earn in a super mission.

 

The micro upgrades that players have spend on micro upgrading their XT turrets and hulls must be separated from them and moved on to the new turrets and hulls that would come in existence as a permanent replacement to XT turrets and hulls.

 

We need something like this that will bring new, and better gaming experience to players ranked Generalissimos and Legends who completes super missions.

 

we need to have something which is completely different, not duplicates to already existing versions of turrets and hulls.

"Design a few new turrets"? How does that even work? Do you know that making a new turret is a long and complex process that requires months of development and can't be done by an unexperienced player?

Or just turn them into Skins like TX so you can equip or unequip them without having to start MUing a brand new turret

Bad thing with XT's, despite the fact that they cost an arm and a leg, they have no alteration and no sales on MU's.

I do clearly understand that developing new turrets and hulls takes months of development, thinking and ideas, but the problem is XT turrets and hulls is that they are the same as the regular ones. The only thing in common they have is a design look, like somekind of paint.

 

Overall XTs are duplicates, so my suggestion is to remove them and replace them with something else that is completely new and exclusive for players ranked Generalissimo and Legend ranks.

 

The new items should feature super missions for something that gives players the ability to unlock a rare, but unique item that is entirely different from the current turret and hull designs.

 

When it comes to micro upgrade turrets and hulls, upgrading the XT versions would force players to waste their crystals on a pre-existing version that is useless because the parameters of XTs versus the standard turrets and hulls are exactly the same.

Tanki will most likely be releasing new turrets and hulls every 2-3 years I guess. I heard rumours 2 years ago that a new hull was coming into the game.
