I Have 2 TB Hard Disk and look my ping  i have some times 100=120 I need 20 -15  Even My Computer is so high  Call Of Duty Black Ops III is Running 50+ GB Game ) MOST HEAVY GAME)-_- why this is not running its 3MB game why? Client Have Any issue or what?

Not sure if it is an actual problem within the Client these past days but many seem  to be having ''lag'' related issues with the Client. How is playing on Browser for you?

In Browser I Have A Ping Like 80-90 ... But It take 2 + Minutes to load. After 2 Minutes I leave as inactive...

It slow down for a variety of reasons

1. Sometimes the fault belongs to your Internet service provider (ISP) and sometimes you're the culprit. It May be a little bit of both.
   
2. How often you engage with the Internet and download stuff might affect on your Internet speed.
   
3. Sometimes It may slow down due to "frequent usage" whether downloading stuff or seeking.
   
4. Sharing Wi-Fi access over several devices can also slow down service if the devices use all available bandwidth.
   

My suggestion Is whenever you play games that requires an Internet connection, The best course of action would be, constantly be sure you're playing without downloading stuff In the background. Review your "Task Manager/Processes Tab" and end all dispensable processes that requires an IC. (Affecting on PC performance as well as your Internet speed) which might cause Lag and a decrease in FPS In some cases.

 

If the problem still occurring then Re-start your router for 5 minutes then Re-connect It. I hope I have been of some help.

Flash usually takes longer to load the first time you start using it. After you've played with it for a while, it should run relatively smoothly. Also, on the client, try turning off some of the graphics as that can cause you some lag.

Actually i used win7 as the best windows for gaming no matter what because if you do upgrade your main windows to 10 you'll have trouble with high ping and after realising that Xbox and some features like that is downloading and taking bandwith , that would be a solution if you take them off 

after that go take CCleaner its great programme that allows you to delete all temporary files that cause Lags .... may be that will help ya ...

Turn off other downloading of utorrent, IDM etc. Close all other applications.

Do your windows take more time to refresh? If so, I'd advise you to reinstall your windows.
