Weekly Crstal reward

I have done my missions today and today i will also get my my weekly crst reward lvl 4 when i done my missions a top up came with my weekly crst reward but still not added into my crst bank,, Supplies r already added but not crst i have reloaded my game but no

 

my crst was 290k and something up then got my missions reward and took 1 gold when i have done my missions i didnt got my weekly missions reward and now my crst are 295k

 

Mods pls help me and give me my Crstals back of 11k( weekly missions reward of lvl4)

In this case, we can't really be sure whether your crystals were given or not and second thing is that we helpers can't reduce nor add crystals to anyone's garage unlike it is from contests or giveaways but we can guide you to the Help Desk which will hopefully will help you.

 

So your crystals was 290k crystals  and it changed from that to 295 402 including the Gold you took. Well, whatever the case is, since mission rewards are increased in this summer, I would say that is quite small crystals for the chain you just completed so you must be missing some crystals.  Contact the help desk using this form and let them know about your problem as much detailed as possible, make sure you confirm it the form you will send in your email.
