Isida seriously must be rebalanced

Nah, You need skills to play with it. You don't even know how to rotate turret unless you got no skills with isida that's why you make this useless post

I don't know about nerfing Isida but I might have an idea for a buff for Firebird; Afterburn reduces the healing rate by 20%. This would not only give Firebird a clearly defined role other than "the short ranged one'" by utilizing it's ability to damage multiple tanks at once so long as all of them are within it's cone, but it would make sense. Firebird is basically the anti-Isida; While Isida deals a lot of damage in a short time, while Firebird deals a lot of damage incrementally via afterburn. While Firebird is better at crowd control and dealing with groups of bunched-together targets as a lone wolf, Isida is better at defending itself against an attacker and is more team-oriented. Just my two cents.

7 seconds would be enough.

if you increased the duration, the DPS would have to be lowered a bit.

 

I would not mind a lower DPS if it increased the total damage it can do on a charge. 

Isida has trouble killing heavy hulls with protection modules.

Lag is Isida’s best friend. I can’t tell you how many tanks I have killed or how many times I have been killed by an Isida after driving around a corner while the death beam simply goes through the building. The victim stops fighting back or simply can’t fight back because the corner is either perceived by the player or real on the victims game.

 

Isida’s death beam neither freezes nor burns, so damage has to be higher. I can’t support the argument that it’s damage should be more consistent with Fire and Freeze.

 

I do believe Isida should not be allowed to heal other Isidas. The dreaded Isida Train plowing unstoppably into your base to steal or cap a flag is a real game problem. This is where Isida has a true unfair advantage over other turrets.

Just make tanks that are being healed glow, then you'll know there's an Isida there and instead of attacking the healed tank you go after the Isida. And Isida trains will be easy to spot. Tanks being damaged could also glow.

No no and NO! Firebird is overpowered at the m2 ranks.

Think about those people who play at Noice map, blue team. Poor players just heal each other because enemy magnums drop artillery all the time with huge splash.

You just replied to a very old suggestion. There's been a number of balance updates since then, which affected Isida, as well as the other melee range turrets. It's agruable whether or not the topic is still relevant, although I do like the suggestions proposed here.

Isida is NOT so OP.

One big nerf Isida has is that it only can deal damage to one player at a time-when firebird and freeze can mow down a whole team at once. Especially with Viking OD when a firebird can make a few kills at once-Isida has to do it one at a time.
