The game client is not working properly with win 10

Hello, I have a new laptop and the game client is not so good for this problems:

1- i have a 4k screen and the client resolution  is  low and the fuzzy.

2- it takes a long time to enter a battle and some times never enter and get kicked out .

3- i can't reload the client at all (F5 is not working)  So i have to close it and open again and loose my battle.

 

 

my laptop: Win 10 - 64bit - 4 gb ghraphic card

Try turning on Mip-Mapping  in your Game Settings and make sure your GPU drivers are up to date. If none of that works you should probably switch to Firefox, Chrome or Standalone Flash  to play Tanki since they are usually the most stable platforms.

 

F5 doesn't work in the client anymore for anyone.

1. Update your graphic card drivers and make sure they're properly plugged into their slots. Sometimes through shipping, it might get loose.

 

2. When you first download the client, it takes a lot of time to enter a battle because the cache hasn't been fully stored into your computer yet. Play the game for two-three days and it will automatically get back to normal. (This also happens when you clear the cache.)

 

3. F5 was disabled for the client. However, quickly closing the client (not the battle) and opening it again might sometimes lead you back to your battle.

For me, it does except the F5 since they got rid of that quite some tie before. Nothing else to worry about. :)

maybe i should play it in other browser as u said

Give it a try, why not and see if there is any difference. :)

I also advise to do what is suggested above. Regarding refreshing the client, if you press F5 and then close the client (without leaving the battle) and then open it, it should keep you in your battle.
