connection stopping without reason

when i am normally playing battle i just simply lose connection without reason, and it happens about 3 times in 5 minutes then for some time everything is ok again

well i see the connection is working properly the red and green dot blink all the time so it means its not problem with internet...

Actually I have had the same problem since a few days, sometimes the exp bar disappears and my tank moves randomly, and sometimes the global chat disappears, and sometimes its just server connection closed randomly. I have been blaming my internet for all this, still not sure though.. I am guessing it is due to unstable internet connection.

Do you mean like you don't spawn at all like you can watch your team mates running around, players moving around and you still didn't respawn or you self-destruct once you are on top of other tankers?

Which country are you from? A few weeks ago, the International Internet Submarine Cable experienced a fault under the Red Sea, which heavily impacted Internet services in regional areas especially Pakistan. Or, it could just be that your Internet "signals" are getting jammed up in your ISP's ports. Contact your ISP and report to them that you're experiencing problems on this site/game and hopefully they fix it. By the way, this is the last resort if nothing else works.

Are we still able to ping the servers c1.tankionline.com etc because I get no replies from them anymore and tracerts never get there.
 
I could be playing and then find I can't pick up a flag. I could try to enter the garage or change servers and the game hangs then I have to refresh or reload. My playing time this week is 5% of what it normally is.

I have run WinMTR for one of the servers and this is the result

Lots of % loss in the middle for tanki but all ok for bbc

I've just logged on for the first time today.
First thing I did was to check for friends and switched to their battle and this is what I got.
It just hangs there for ever with no chat panel, while the other two panels are present and getting updated ok.
 

Maybe I'll log off.

I agree. There is nothing that can be done other than to fix the server issues. We can only highlight it. I've provided some information in my post. It will be interesting to see if anyone comments on the information I provided. I won't hold my breath.

1] i am from Serbia not Pakistan

2] it just happens at tanki. i can put another tanki to hang, and when this happens i just close lagging tanki and click play it works...

ok just had a issue in this map .. Serpuhov

 

where i was to respond in a battle but the game would not allow it to happen , then after about a minute or so it would open and allow me to continue to battle .. but also after this happened we got a high lag issues..
