I have witnessed that many Shaft and Magnum players die too quickly on the Polygon map, because they cannot find a suitable place to hide.

Which is why you shouldn't use shaft or magnum in small maps. (Genius, isnt it?)

I cant find the difference in the first Brest pic...

The towers in the center were removed.

 

Polygon is a medium map.

Bobruisk is a medium map. Rio is a medium map. Polygon was never intended to facilitate Shafts. Also, the less Magnums in the game, the better.

I tried to eneter to the test server, but it asks for Invite Code. Ofcores I don't have one, so how do you all can enter to the test server and take those amazing pictures ?

The Test Server was publicly open a few days ago for mass testing of the new Match Making System and reworked maps. Now it is closed again for bug fixes I guess.

I didn't have a chance to test them either, the test server never load properly for me. :LOL:

Only RU players can become testers. Wow just wow

To me its understandable since you need to communicate directly with developers some of whom don't speak good English, having a translator or an 'in-between' person would slow things down.

In the past, until now, I have seen too many Shaft players get killed very quickly only because they cannot find a suitable place to hide and camp on certain maps. The Polygon map is one of the most popular and played map of all, so my suggestion is to re-make the Polygon map to be more suitable for Shaft, Striker and Magnum players.

 

The reason for that is because Shaft, Striker and Magnum players would have more time to fully load their turrets to deal high damage, and even get a kill with 1 shot.

 

The Polygon map must be made suitable for all turrets. Close, medium and long range turrets.

Why? There are so many good maps for long-range turrets anyway. Does that mean the devs should make Island good for Shaft too? It's unnecessary.

No. Not Island.

 

Only the Polygon map must have a suitable long range platform for Shaft, Striker and Magnum players for long range shots, to ovoid self damage and being killed too often by enemies.

On the other hand, the dumbest thing Tanki has done in more than a year was to change the repair boxes so the cycle is interrupted with any kind of hit.  That means "continuous fire" weapons like Isida, Firebird, Freeze and to a slightly lesser extent Vulcan now have a HUGE advantage over other turrets.

 

Tanki - how could you be so stupid?

 

(Actually, I didn't think Tanki could be MORE stupid than their elimination of pro games for missions - but they surprised me.  Apparently there's no limit to the depths of Tanki foolishness.)

 

I sometimes wonder if the developers get together in a room and say, "What is the coolest thing we can do and what is the absolute dumbest?  Then they vote and pick both the coolest (like Magnum) and the dumbest (like the change to the repair boxes).

 

Instead of screwing around with old maps - why not add some new ones?
