Yes, there are a few things in my life I would like to forget. Posting them in a forum for everyone to read, is not forgetting, it's remembering. And the fact that now half the world knows, doesn't make things any better.

The older we get, the more things we would like to forget. Unfortunately, a lot of things we would like to remember are forgotten, too.

A RAM drive (also called a RAM disk) is a block of random-access memory (primary storage or volatile memory) that a computer's software is treating as if the memory were a disk drive (secondary storage). It is sometimes referred to as a virtual RAM drive or software RAM drive to distinguish it from a hardware RAM drive that uses separate hardware containing RAM, which is a type of battery-backed solid-state drive.

Because the storage is in RAM, it is volatile memory, which means it will be lost in the event of power loss, whether intentional (computer reboot or shutdown) or accidental (power failure or system crash).

I was walking around a wooded area in a public park. Something among the bushes caught my eye and went to see what it was. I stepped into a mound of fire ants that quickly went up my legs and started biting. I ran out of the wooded area and stripped off my geans. I was bushing the ants off when suddenly I was made quite aware that a couple managed to crawl into my underwear. I pulled down my underwear to get them off when a couple teenage girls and their parents came around the bend where I was standing nearly naked.

A very embarrassing moment.

If I were at your place, I'd manage to run towards a bathroom.

First off, there were no bathrooms nearby.

Secondly, have you ever been bit by fire ants? They don't call them fire ants for nothing. Even after the ant is brushed off, the fiery sting is still there. Besides, it was a secluded part of the park and I didn't expect anyone would come around that area that soon.
