Gifts costs a hefty amount of crystals. My suggestion is to remove all gives from the garage and replace them with other features like turrets, hulls and modules. What I am talking about is to have permanent features that really benefits players. There should be a new type of feature where players can buy tank parts to get new abilities for each turret, hull and module.

What do new turrets, hulls and modules have to do with gifts? It's not like the garage has limited space and removing one type of item "frees up space" for other items. Gifts exist for those who are interested in the feature. Don't like them - don't buy them.

I know you mean well with this idea, but buying tank parts will literally be more of a waste as they would be too expensive. Also, gifts are good only bad thing about them is how much you can type. The amount of figures you can type should determine the price.

Lol, and Riddler says he has the best ideas on the forum. You do not have to spend your crystals on gifts so why does it bother you? This idea should be declined because you cannot improve this idea as he wants the removal of gifts which is just stupid. Edit: It is declined :D

You can't influence that. Just post good ideas that make sense and don't break the game, so that they get put under review. Developers will then choose which ideas will move on to be planned for a future release.

That's just a question of common sense. Think about what the game is missing that would be good for everyone. Such as a new feature or an exciting change. And make sure this something is not too far-fetched and doesn't make it so that players get tons of crystals and experience with no effort.
