Try to try it again in few minutes or use a different browser and check if it is the same or not, if it still doesn't work, request a new one again.

Password change succeeded but my new password is not active

If you've forgotten your in-game password, use this form to contact the Tech Support.

You probably entered a different letter by mistake while typing, or maybe one of the letters is capital by accident. So, if you are still unable to log in, ^ use this link give by my colleague.

İt is not like what you think because the old password is still active but İ changed the password . Now İ will try again and report .

Is not working.. :(

Hmmm, what do you mean exactly? You used your old password and it worked? If that is the case, then you didn't complete the password change correctly :(

 

Once you fill the link given above, make sure you check your email. I'm not 100% sure, so if someone else can confirm I would appreciate it, but as far as I know you may have to click a link in your email to confirm you were the one who requested the new password.

İ did not forget the password  but İ want to change . When İ want to do this, the process is successful . İ can not use the new password .

How do you know the process is successful? What did you to change your password exactly? I've just tried it myself and I can use my new password so maybe you've skipped a step or so

Ok, listen. Let me ask you view questions and I hope you will answer them one by one.

  • First of all, which account is the one you trying to change the password for, is it the account you are currently using @Dexter-550 or another account?
  • Where exactly the problem is? Is it that you can log in your account normally, go to settings, request a new password, go to your email, click on the link for the new password and change your password successfully. Is that the password that is not working once you have followed all the steps and still says wrong password?
  • Or the problem is that you can't even access your account from the start at all?
  • And last but not least, did you fill the form to contact the Help desk and got a ticket for yourself?
