No response from Tech Support :(

Hey guys

 

Some of the moderators will know me as Awesome44 or RailgunKing44

 

Well life sucks

 

I was suspended from my account Awesome44 for a misunderstanding with paypal on the 6th of June, THE 6TH OF JUNE !!!!!!!!!

 

I spent the first month trying to get it back, but, as expected tech support never returned my account.

 

Now, let me explain why I was suspended.........

 

So, couple of months ago I bought some products from store, everything was fine and dandy until one month later ( 6th of June )

 

My purchases that I made were refunded, so my bank statement gained money.

 

Unfortunately, Tanki thought I was stealing their money through fraud

 

So, they suspended me PERMANENTLY accordingly

 

Now, I sent some of the ' free ' ( but useless ) forms to tech support

 

They responded to my first email a couple of times, I used my other email, responded a few times, but after about a month, they just ditched me and decided to NEVER respond to me AGAIN !!!!!!

 

So, I sent them another form 10 days later, waited 10 days but did not get a response -_-

 

I followed this same routine for the next month with no benefit.

 

I tried emailing them without the forms, still NO RESPONSE

 

First, I thought that they didn't understand why I was suspended was bad, but now all they want to do is IGNORE ME FOREVER !!!!!!

 

And whenever you get a response from tech support saying " We will get back to you within 24 hours " Think about how i feel when they can't even get back to me within one and a half months !!

 

Someone make tech support respond to me, and even better tell them to unsuspend my account as i did nothing wrong, tech support did.

 

When i asked paypal what happened, i learnt that if a purchase ( that i made ) was not claimed by the receiver ( tanki online ) that it would be refunded to the original buyer     (  me ) i have explained this in so much detail every time i sent a form to them, but it's no use when tech support can't even respond to me !

 

What is up with this world, someone plx help me

Hello,

 

First of all, sending a lot of emails after each other won't help tech support, they will only take more time to read yours. Can I see any screenshots of all the convos of the first message where you got a number of replies? Also do you have any screenshots where you didn't get a reply?

First of all, I didn't send lots of emails all the time, I sent 1 every 10 days until a few weeks ago where I gave up.

 

Secondly, I haven't got a response from tech support in over a month, so all emails have been deleted :(

 

But yes, I have some screenshots of forms where I didn't get a reply

 

Well, the image only shows the  ( waiting for a response ) page because both files joined are bigger than 500KB :(

 Tech support completely ignored him and your solution is to not send any more emails?

Overflowing them with the same email will not help 1 bit I'm afraid ;)

Ok, so, from what I've heard, if you send too much emails, help desk will regard you as a spammer and completely ignore your emails, so for future reference, please don't do that again.

 

The first time you sent an email, unless you sent like 3 within those 24 hours, they should have replied to you and given you the correct explanation as to why your account was banned.

 

Also, many other people have payed with PayPal and didn't receive this problem. It is most likely a fault on your end. Personally i highly doubt you will get your account back since it is probably an error on your end. I guess you can send them an email one last time and writing everything there, but I suppose you already did that and got an answer. I doubt the answer will change :(

 

We are just regular players, we can inform the guys above us, but eventually it is up to help desk to decide if they already gave you a clear answer or not.

Well, that was the answer I was expecting

 

BTW, they never gave me the correct explanation I deserved.

 

They just said sorry and that I should contact tech support in the future.

 

I don't know how it was a mistake on my end, I never refunded the purchases and PayPal states that if a purchase isn't claimed by the receiver, it will be refunded back to the buyer.

 

Well, I guess I should just move onto another game, all my friends want me back, but I probs won't come back.

 

I recently moved onto Terraria, finished game and  was amazing until it was randomly deleted and lost for good. Thats 2 good games lost in a couple of months.

 

I want to get GTA 5, but I highly doubt that will ever happen too.

 

Life sucks all around me, I never feel that good anymore

Does anyone else have access to your PayPal account who might have cancelled the payment? If not, I think it's worth contacting the PayPal help desk about what happened to your payment. They should be able to tell you more about the transaction than the Tanki Online help desk can, because they are responsible for transactions and cancellations.

I really can't be bothered too any time soon

 

Plus, whenever I contact PayPal all they do is tell me to read the help site.

 

They aren't that helpful either

 

I might do it if I feel like it, but not right now
