It is not the help desk's fault, so in this case you can change your nickname again by doing and following the same exact methods you did and pay 100k more crystals. If your nickname hasn't been changed yet, I would say go to your email and reply to the email you received from them when you were confirming the form, maybe you will make it on time or maybe not, depends on how quick they will change your nickname.

Well it is better then not doing anything, go to your inbox, reply to the email you received from them, don't write a new message to that email but just reply to the one you received from them, explain the problem, you can also give them the ticket number you got from them to know what exactly you talking about and hope the best.

Oh so your nickname hasn't been changed yet, well you got lucky and now you have a second chance to change your account's nickname to the one you really want, make sure you write it down nice and carefully without any mistakes. :)  Do the nickname change process again and provide them all the info you know nicely. Also about the registration date, there are 2 places you can write down so if you don't remember the exact date, just don't write anything in there but write the place next to it which year you think was account created.

Also, I am sure they ask you to confirm that you are sure that you want to change your nickname before they do anything. So, no worries ^_^
