Can you please explain what exactly happens when we type "/vote username" during a battle ?

 

and what I do if i see someone hacking or showing misbehavior ?

Basically its a team voting system to report hackers and violators. At least 25% of the players in a battle must have submitted a /vote complaint for the report to be sent to battle moderator, the moderator will then enter the battle anonymously and take any actions if required against the violator, once a battle mod has completed his/her analysis a message will appear in chat along with any bans or kicks that may have been handed out.

Be aware that a moderator may sometimes not come into battle with complaints. Sometimes all moderators on the server are occupied investigating other reports.
