Now you can't create battles?

Considering Legend 1 and Legend 25 the same rank is silly. That's 24 levels of gaining crystals and upgrading garages.

 

I know it was even worse back when everyone was just a Generalisimo. But at least then you had choice on what battles to join.

 

I don't see the point of appending a # to Legend if they are not treating them as different ranks.

I see the game problem with an indefinite number of distinct ranks. Pretty soon there just aren't enough players at a given rank to create a single battle.

 

But I absolutely hear and agree with you about a Legend 1 not being the same as a 25. The game could 'band' Legend rank ranges. For example Legends 1-2 can play together, same for Legends 3-5, 6-10, 10-20, 20-40, 40+. Sure those numbers probably need tweaking and maybe there aren't enough Legend 40+ Players to fill a Sandbox. But he point is your full garage Legends can't flatten Legend 1s.

 

The rub of course is buyers. A buyer Legend 1 can probably dominate his free player peers. Buyers have more MUs, broader module selection, and more equipment options. I hope the matchmaking system has some mechanism to take this into account.
