İ can not change my nickname

İndicates that it is consistently invalid information. İ can not change my nickname.İ am not sure of only my registration date. İ'm guessing . İ could not do . İ've tried it and did not get it. What should i do ?

Only thing you can do is remember atleast in which month and year you registered your account, no one will provide your account information to you, you just need to remember yourself, or check your email to see if you have email confirmation left from tanki when you started game.

Those are automated emails, you have nothing to worry about. Wait for a response from the Help Desk.

 

The exact date isn't necessary. When I changed my name I wrote a timespan of a couple of months since I have no idea.

It depends on how busy they are and we players must wait from 24h to 7 days. If they don't reply in that short period of time, you can send them a new email or form.
