Hi all,

 

We've just opened this new section called the ''Miscellaneous Clubs Section''. The idea is to encourage even more players to have good communication between them and open the doors to anyone who wishes to contribute, provided his/her interest in the topics.

 

Here's what you need to know:

 

1. From now on, anyone can have a topic/club in the Miscellaneous Clubs forum. However, the forum is in pre-approval mode. When you post your topic/club, a moderator will review it, and if the topic is good enough, meets all the requirements, your thread will be approved.
2. Once your thread has been approved, you will need to take care of your Club nicely, produce quality posts or things for the other members who have same interest as you do and keep the section active.  It would be nice if the topic's last post is not older than month as such topics are considered as dead topics and might be moved in the archive section. Depending on many things your topic/club will be or can be locked and archived. Exceptions may be made, but each case will be dealt with on an individual basis.
3. We understand that life happens, so you are allowed to be inactive but topic should not be way too inactive like last post being older than 1 month. Once again, exceptions may be made, but each case will be dealt with on an individual basis.
4. People will be allowed to comment on your topic/club and offer constructive criticism on it. As in any area of the forum, rudeness and disrespect will not be tolerated.

Creating topics in this section is allowed only for Clubs and their activities. 

When creating a thread in this section make sure that it follows the correct format:

[ABBREVIATION] Club Name 

Example: [A] Anime Club or anything else you prefer.


The following activities are not permitted and can lead to temporary or permanent ban from chat/forum:

- Insults (publicly insult other players or devs);
- Profanity (in any form, explicitly, implicitly, !#@$);
- Flood and Off-topic (making posts consisting of repeated comments/symbols/letters, double-posting [posting several times in a row], posts that contain no useful info, or are not related to the topic);
- Over-quoting - quoting large amounts of text/pictures/videos;
- Advertisements (posting advertisements without prior consent from the Administration);
- Illegal actions (committing or encouraging others to perform actions forbidden by the law, including actions related to traffic of narcotic substances, terrorism, appealing to take down legally elected authorities and government, pornography, any discrimination based on sex, age, religion or other status);
- Political campaigns, political advertisements;
- Spreading sexually explicit information (in any form), not suitable for children;
- Trolling;
- Making new topics for asking single questions - you can ask them in here.
- Using any userbars/signatures. Forum signatures are disabled on purpose, so making custom 'signatures' and adding them to all your posts will cause flood when quoting;
- Encouraging others to violate rules;
- Making topics with titles containing no useful info or not related to topic's content;
- Making topics in order to gain something for yourself (posting referral links for other sites/contests, etc.
- Misusing memes and gifs - 'facepalm', 'trolololo', etc.;
- Making personal diaries/blogs;

- Creating groups or Clans (use the Clans section)

- Creating topics to publish articles or interviews — these kind of writings must be posted in Your Creativity section, inside your own personal "Creativity" topics only

- It's forbidden to 'up' (bump) your topic more than once a day. Bumping others' topics is forbidden;

Breaking the section rules/game rules will lead to a close of your topic/ban;
Don't 'reserve' topics to post your club someday - create the topic only when you have your work ready to be put in;

This section is made for discussing various things, but it doesn't mean that it's permitted to create topics for any reason.
For example, topics opened just in order to show some random picture or video will be closed.
Before you create a new topic, consider whether it will be of interest to the community.

Game Rules apply to all forum sections, including 'Club Activities'.

If you spot a forum violation, please report it by using the Report button under the post. A forum moderator in time will deal with it.
