I think what he is saying is to type your nickname with your fingers one key over from traditional positioning. Or turn your keyboard upside down and type your nickname using traditional finger positioning and strokes where the keys would have been if the keyboard was right side up. Kinda like Cryptograms. (I love making those using Wingdings).
