Tank machineguns

The machine gun (or any secondary weapon for that matter) would be equipped to your tank in the garage and would aim and fire automatically. The secondary weapon would be upgradable yet still have a lower power than the primary weapons of the same tier as the secondary weapon.

the gun on an A-10 weighs about as much as the main gun on a tank... its a 30mm cannon. Also, the armor piercing bullets on it can only penetrate armor on older tanks. Anything built after 1970 will be impervious to its rounds. On top of that, even on an older tank the 30mm armor piercing rounds can only penetrate at a specific angle and in specific places on the side and back of the tank... not the front, which is what you'd be shooting at most of the time. Its just a bad idea all around.

Hi. I'm celo735. I'm on my friends account cause Tanki online forum dont let me enter on the mine. Please read all.

Hm... Machine guns would lag as hell...

Maybe secondary weapons, so u buy and upgrade them like weapons...

My first Secondary weapon suggestion is:

Air blaster

Dont does damage

Makes a sound like the Freeze one

Produces a wind image

Looks like a Fan

Slowy pushes enemies away by a speed of 4.0m per second (If the tank is fast he will escape from it)

Cost: 50 diamonds

Rank required: Staff sergeant

There may be a paint "Whirlwind" Wich makes the Air blaster decreasing only 2.5 m/second

The paint may be Staff sergeant too, and price 100.

I'll create a topic for these ideas as soon as i can.

Sorry i'm brazilian!

There is really no point to having seconday guns our tanks. As most tanks only use their min cannon anyway. If that can't get the job done then why have it as a weapon in the first place, so maybe you need a new strategy instead of more weapons on you're tank. As for new weapons we can look foward to getting the shaft in 2.0.

What if we have the twins and a railgun as your secondary. What do we use Q and E for?? To use the primary weapon you would press Q when your up close. To use the secondary weapon you would press E to use the rail for when you are far away from the enemy and the twins won't do anything.

When u play World of Tanks then u see, one 10 tier tank has 50.cal, and it battles with haevy tanks in that game. when u play World of tanks then u can see it. Or just google "IS-7 WoT" enjoy watching IS-7 with 50.cal

i vote no because if it fires automatically it will most likely go to the closest person...say ur firing ur main gun at that person and the secondary gun is heping u, u will kill them in half the time thus making game so unfair

Machine gun would be GREAT! But, not as a secundary, as a primary... Firing faster than twin, maybe M0=200/min. But damage would be lower, like M0=1, M1=1-2, M2=3-4, M3=4-6.

And, yes, machine guns do damage to Tanks, like the machine guns in jacts, or from helicopters, and even some from other tanks.

So, this idea would be GREAT (in my opinion)...

No. The 30mm on an A-10 (3rd biggest gun mounted on a plane, behind the 40 and 105s on C-130 Spookys and Spectres). the Apache has a 30mm on it, but its not really meant for taking out tanks, since you have to get within a few hundred yards to use it effectively. Tanks are basically meant to protect against anything smaller than 80 mm. the only reason the 30 on an A-10 can hit tanks (at certain angles and only in certain parts) is because it is specially designed to do so... and costs a helluva lot of money. And the gun is way too big to be anything other than a main gun on a tank in tanki.
