Does that mean he doesn't need to start on the very top place of the map? Jumper can start on lower place too, I guess.

I think they mean that as long as the jumper starts on the big wall, the helpers can be anywhere else on the map, so I guess the helpers could be at the bottom if they wanted to.

Its not allowed.

The people with slow motion effect uploaded the video unlisted and submitted it and for their youtube, they must have uploaded edited video
