Sometimes you can see how some players help others or moderators. I think you should create a separate speaker :) . I think it might look like "?" Can be "!". It is important that he or she, with a special conversation team, tell you about abusive rules and then moderators who can ban the player online at that time. But the new speaker can be achieved by at least two or three years of experience experienced by players who are good at English language and should not be disconnected from the conversation. This job used to exist and it was called "consultant". But developers decided that it wasn't an effective use of the volunteer workforce, so they combined both Consultants and Chat moderators, so now chat mods do both jobs - moderate (remove messages and ban) as well as consult (answer questions and give information).

 

And according to the section rules, we do not accept ideas for bringing back removed features.

I don't see chat mods consulting a lot. They prefer to ban and hide instead of consulting.
