Testing of Matchmaking System on EU servers

Actually I don't like this matchmaking system pretty much, -even though I understand that it's just a test-.  Battles are suffering massive lags and the delay to enter it's often to much. In one battle I had to wait almost 3 mintes to enter, and when I got into I couldn't pick boxes and my shots didn't cause any harm; after being destroyed I could pick a box and the battle ended (when I enetered there was less than a minute left). Besides it's very unbalanced, I even saw a Recruit fighting against litenuats in Brest CP.

This Matchmaking thing flat sucks!!!  If you implement it, I will be done with Tanki.  Why do you feel the need to keep screwing with things?  I want to select which battles I'm in.

Something is terribly wrong with the scoring system.  The losing team now gets NOTHING.  I played one complete CTF battle.  We lost 6 to 2.  The top player on the winning side got like 700 crystals.  I came in #2 with the losers and got 63 crystals.  I capped one of the flags and killed 14 and died 8 times.  The lead guy with the winners was a Rail and only killed 16 with 9 deaths. The lowest players with the losers got like 3 or 4 crystals.  We lost and certainly should not get the same as those who won, but this is too much and very discouraging.  What is the motivation to complete a game when 90% of the battle fund goes the the winning side and 15 players split the remaining 10%?

 

Why such a large difference between losers and winners?  It was never this dramatic.

Even if we accept this update ... ok but give us a solution becuze all of us had a glitches and lag issue / problem 

Sometime when any map starts my FPS reaches 8 only ! lol 

And ping reaches 999 and it takes so long to be normal ... but the battle at that time were ended xD

brig back former settings and leave choice to the player !!!

 

let the player chose his battle and his team.

why not to add two new themes :

battle of one army against second one with target of (1) destroying the other army OR (2) destroying headquarters (with option of gradual recovery of HQ

 

and another idea is to add a protection which is used in Israeli army to tanks - WIND COAT - a self defense system - explosives with radar which can blow up missiles approaching a tank.

With tomorrow’s server restart, we’ll be implementing a test version of the Matchmaking System on all EU servers.

 

The test is intended to run for 48 hours, till 02:00 UTC on Thursday 10th. However, developers might decide to end the test earlier if it causes any kind of undesirable effect on the game.

 

The reason the test is being run on the main EU servers instead of just the test server, is that we would like to see how it performs with a real server load and player distribution, rather than in the controlled environment of a test server.

P.S. The test will be carried out exclusively on EU servers, and will not be run on US servers.

 

 

i don't like the new update, it's very laggy and much more complexed then it was before, please remove this update and return it as it used to be.

interesting it takes longer to get into battles compared to yesterday ..

also is it suppose to be this easy to collect crystals when the old system was way more challenging for players .. I'm laughing all the way to (  tanki ) bank ... I have m2 fully upgraded with ricochet .

That's a bad update, i logged in yesterday and sometimes i had to wait like 2 minutes just to join a game in addition to that i always end up playing in the same maps (barda, brest, serpuhov) witch is really annoying, will the matchmaking system cause small maps to extinct ? ( *deck9, sandbox, magadan) i think so :unsure:

 

Not only that but why i am obliged to play with over 16 players in one map, sometimes a 8 players match is all i need, that's really unfair to some people especially that they don't even get the choice to choose what map to complete missions in after they were deprived of the ablity to complete daily missions in PRO battles -_-

Although I respect the intentions of the Tanki staff, I am extremely against the new battle list, for two reasons.

1) It makes it much harder to find a game with your prefered size (A.K.A, Playing in a game with less players for a more casual game, or a larger amount of players for a harder game).

2) It is now impossible to choose the map on which you play, which significantly changes many players playstyle and enjoyment of Tanki.

 

I hope that my concerns can be recognised, and that the game can be enjoyed by as many people as possible!

Well, I wasn't really surprised that the testing is still active when I got up this morning.

Might as well go back to playing WarThunder and World of Tanks. They don't make

players suffer through STUPID decisions by someone that thinks they know what they're

doing and can't realize they DON'T!!! Also noticed that you've had a drastic decrease in

players since yesterday, but don't worry...I'll meet up with them at the other (better) games!!!

 

I guess you guys didn't want to be Mor offs, so you settled for being Mor ons!!!

A little dumb question.

 

Are all "EU*" servers  start with "EU"?

 

The question is when I log in from the US, I am always directed to the "EU*" servers.  Then that are the "US" servers?

eu means europion and russion servier

Worst update ever! Terrible lags. Tanki wants next mass leaving of players? Remove it as soon as possible. I cannot finish my missions in these lags. Only good thing is no pro-pass.

I didn't express my opinions for a reason, you know. And in case you think drawing real life parallels is expressing one's opinions....get help.

I would suggest a tottaly diferent way to take part in battles.

 

it would be like previous way, but there should be only one instance of any mission of a map.

 

For example, on server EU3, could exist Rio, Aleksandrovsk, Arena, Atra, Barda in 4 missions mode permanently and none would create any second mission of the same map.

On Server EU4 could be Cross, Berlin, Bobruisk, Brest, Canyon in 4 missions mode permanently and none would create any second mission of the same map.

And so on rest servers, EU 5,6,7,8,9....

Now it has become a LOTTO game, everything in luck. Why didn't make random equipment of our tanks too? :-)
