Read Cedric's post above. He said that there will be more tests of this system until they make it as good as it can possibly be. So yes, it will come back again and its features will be improved.

• This should be the rank Bracket for legends >
• Funds should be distributed fairly among players
• We should be able to see Mission Progress in battle(s)
• Battle duration should be 15 minutes

 

I disagree with you there, unless you have Field Marshal to Vrigin Legend, and then All other legends as brackets.

Can someone explain to me:

Everyday, when you log in, have you ever selected your battle in less than 10 seconds? if not, then please stop saying that previously there was o wait. Now you have a timer and you are bored. I want to go to my garage when I am in the queue.

I think you're right there.  There was a wait before but it was hidden by the player having to do something.  All the things they're pushing into match making.  Being able to do something else while in the queue would certainly be nice.. shouldn't be to hard to get chat up.  On the other hand I personally wouldn't select so many battles I wouldn't play in.. so there's a bit of trade off in there too.

I understand that many of you were unhappy with this test. But please, I need you to understand that this was A TEST. We wanted to see how the system would work under a proper server load. THAT is how you find flaws in a system — you stress-test it.

 

While there were many things that you disliked about the testing version, I'm sure you all agree that there are some redeemable merits to the system — things that, if tweaked and properly executed, would ultimately benefit the game and player base. And that's what we'll be doing in the coming weeks. We'll be analyzing the data that we've collected, reviewing your feedback, and improving the system to make it what it should be.

 

Remember how we had DM tournaments last year and we pulled the plug on those because most users (and us too) weren't satisfied? We're trying to get things right. But you need to give us the chance to do that. There will be more tests, and they might still contain things that you do not like, but hopefully they will contain more things that you DO like.

 

Just give the devs the time to work on it. We'll see what comes out of it.

I know, TO constantly try to improve the game, for better game play.  They create this MM in order to balance yours opinions, Now , the MMS is not fine tuned , but i hope  in future will be. Over all, we will  adapt @ any changes, even is small or big.   Remember how was TO 5 year ago, remember how was before Supply Changes ...   now we adapt and we play it .   
So, think about it, they try to offer u a better game.   I;m not saying MMS is good, i;m saying  he need a lot of work on in .

Trolling a troll, might fit the definition of trolling, but using the word you used defeat your credibility of what you consider trolling.

well, that was an appalling episode in the history of tanki, but will it be laid to rest? I somehow doubt it.

I want matchmaking back again please! doing missions have become such a pain in the arse again now, i need to cap 3 flags but the only CTF battles i see are ones where the team i can join is the one that is losing; because everyone on the losing side leaves and no one wants to join those sides so when i join i get outnumbered almost 2 to 1 in my own base. we really need matchmaking back again asap, this unfairness cannot last any longer.

Semyon clearly mentioned in the video that this testing of Match-making was only to see how the server handles the load, NOT the rank brackets, timings and other values.

 

Hating on updates without knowing what they are or seeing/reading official announcement topics is nothing but ignorance.

So because practically everyone here hates the match making system, you accuse them of ignorance. That is a great way to treat customers. You might want to consider that the tanki dev responsible is an eejit and it is in fact people trying to defend the indefensible who are the ignorant ones. Have you been going to classes to learn how to annoy and alienate people?...because you seem to be exceptionally good at it.
