I think that the rank scale could be smaller, because small rank players that have m1 needs to battle with guys who have m2 or fully micro-upgraded m2.

The second thing I'd change is the missions button... It could stay in the same in the main menu but in battle it should be somewhere so you can see the progress or check what missions you should do in that battle.

I have never complained about the updates, although I liked some more, some less, but this is not an upgrade, this is a downgrade nightmare ultra super deluxe

This is the worst Update of TO when do you guys learn to hear out the customers and dont change a working system. I have a power computer and now we have 25 fps. Im doing daily livestreaming of TO but now I do consider to leave it for an other game thats much better then your s....

2:) i just played a CP match and after a 3 minute wait i got put with Legend 27's? how is that a close match to my rank?

Dear Tanki,

I've been playing for about 8 months now and i can understand the intent of the latest change which i applaud you for trying. However, I really don't like the latest change because the matchmaking system isn't really working. These are the following reasons why i don't like it:

a) I was put into a forest map filled with LEGENDS when i'm a major general rank. That didn't make sense at all so i left the battle because i can't fight legends at my current rank. :o

b) Every battle i have to wait an average of 1.5 to 2 mins to log in. This is compounded with every game i play. In an hour, i will wait 2 x 4 = 8 mins? Assuming i like the battles. I believe at the busy hours, the wait time will increase to 3mins or more. I will test later. :wacko:

c) I can't choose the map i want to play in!!! :angry:  Thats the worst part of the new change. I get matched but i don't like the map i'm randomly assigned to and i'm stuck. So if i hate the map, i will leave and join again and wait another 2 mins.

d) I cant see whether i've completed my missions. :angry: In the past you had a star in the top right where i could track experience earned, kills completed etc. Now, only after the game, can i see this stat.

These are my fresh feedback which i hope you can find somehow to address.

before i could just click a map i liked and without worrying about the amount of players, join and kill.... now its become a waiting game not a tank game

 

i beuty of the way it was before was it was a personal choice... now its become tankis...

 

ill give you a scenario.. Its christmas and they want everyone to play on a particular map for the event (polygon for example).... you click the matchmaking system and instead of going to noise or camp or arena or any of the others you always will end up in polygon because thats where the players are :( limits variety i think

3rd feedback and some thoughts:

 

- With a second higher account, I fought in Barda CP, pretty balanced at the beginning, even thought the other team was of the same rank and my team the same except for me 2 ranks higher and another 4 ranks higher than the rest, WO ranks, I was afraid we're gonna lose, but later we dominated, did some spawn killing, we won, I finished first, completed a Finish 1st mission, but I needed to capture 2 more Points to complete another. Second battle was Silence CP, I was in the red team with ranges from WO2 to WO5, the other team were all WO2, fight was even at the beginning but soon we started dominating, then the spawn kills, it ended 90 to 10 in our favor.

 

- I complete 2 mission in 2 battles.

 

- Overdrive not good for battle balance.

 

I know there are a lot to work to better the Matchmaking, but seems like things are in the right track..

 

Not bad overall, i did good today, but somehow I am afraid of entering the next random battle.

You can choose right equipment when they gave you 20 seconds for preparation :rolleyes:

And when you get there, wait for the load to finish, that 20 seconds is 5, you go to the garage, you get asked to leave do to pause length, then ejaculated from battle, and start the loop again.  No time for doing anything

This update is still incomplete, stop complaining and just give areas of improvement to help this work.

 

Everyone knows rank matchup is failing, i faced 4 recruits with 4 m4 legend friends.

 

A temporary group chat would be nice to decide on a battle maybe?

 

The pop up for waiting is annoying, i'd like to chat while a battle is being found.

 

Still havent analysed much but this is what I just have right now.

I don't get why they made this update. I can't even see which map I get put into, and the ranking system sucks really. wo4s were playing with colonels and recruit ranks were playing with wo3s. How are the low rankers supposed to win?

 

Also the matchmaking system takes like 2 minutes average to join a battle. Even after I join a battle after waiting for a long time, the match ends in like one minute with the enemies winning by a lot. I can't even stay in a battle cause of the "automatically kick-out" system. How am I supposed to play with this nonsense update?

I think Cedric was relaying good feedback from us, I think he even checked my Random Battles / Matchmaking topic, because in a Livestream he asked Hazel about a Titan/Isida being sent randomly to Lost Temple CP, and that's exactly a question I have in the first posts of my topic. At that time Matchmaking was planned to work based on our equipment and our effectiveness rating.

 

What if I only have a Titan/Isida combo, and I'm randomly sent to Lost Temple CP?

 

   What if you like playing DM, and only DM?   

 

   They can add filters, but then the battles will not be random at all   

 

I really don't see how are they gonna make it happen.

This is the worst match making ever, one could  be placed with so high levels players and it is impossible to play.

So many times I am placed in a game with players 8-9 ranks above me, and with couple of minutes left. 

 

If this match making is going to be permanent, I think this change will make this game from positive to negative.

 

Remove it and get on with the usual version.
