I can say that I came to a conclusion, after failing to finish a mission in 2 hours, that upgrade and a giant

There is a feature in PRO battles called Friendly Fire which allows you to damage/kill your teammates. More info here: Creating a battle

200 cry in TDM, 50 kills, 150 exp in DM. took me 1 DM and 2 TDM (both of which I lost) to get the missions done.

 

DM queue 93 sec wait time 25s avg 360 players

TDM q 31 sec wait time, 38 avErage, 370 players

same q30 sec wait time, 25 avg, 340 players

Then I joined the general battle queue

278 players 18 avg. second wait time. Took me straight to a battle after 3 seconds. :D

 

THEY BROUGHT BACK HAPPY NEW YEAR! I LIKE IT!

 

But, when I tried to create a battle just to see which maps were or changed, they said I couldn't make more than 5 in 3 minutes :o  :angry:

Use battle list. You can create pro battles for free, on any maps you want, and play with your friends. I don't know how so many players are overlooking this option.

Yes i know  i can use that  battle list  and choose my games like old way but all those are pro battles  where you can  not do your mission   so you need to play  those matchmaking  games want it or not  and  some time  you may need friends help there. Or for example how you do your  kill 9999 mission or get score 99999 missions? or how your rank  going up if you are small rank players if you don't play those  matchmaking games?

I could be one of the people that says this update sucks (even tho its true) but this is a bad matchmaking system. I get paired with legends and I can't play with my friends anymore neither my clan. I don't get what tanki is trying to do with this. They are probably trying to make tanki X popular by making Tanki Online bad. I just don't get what they are trying to do. Make Tanki Great Again.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE bring back old home page, this is stupid.. Do you think that i love that random map which is choosen in the moment? in 80% case i don't like it just like other players... I wanna choose map to play, choose ranks to play not to play with that small ranks like Sergeant.. Really you need to bring back old tanki, for players who love to play not just to catch gold and to drug

They are running this test as a worst case scenario, I'm betting a few that this won't be in Iteration 7.

 

I agree, isolating legends into their own rank bracket would solve some issues. But why not include Gizmos as well?

Because most of us Gizmos don't want to play vs a full team of legends either....to many of them need a league of their own. 

 

BTW: Bozo the clown... Kids show from the 60's early 70's... scary clown that ran the show. General term for someone thats a donkey.

Wow. This sucks. I fail to see the point of this update unless it's to drastically decrease your number of users. 

 

You've made it impossible to complete daily missions. I end up on a random map playing against combatants that I cannot possibly beat. It took four attempts today to enter one game – got bumped out every time – and when I was able to access games, I was placed on the same map every time. 

 

It's this kind of crappy update (test or not) that prevents me from spending money with Tanki. What I might buy into one week might not exist the next. It would be like buying a sports car only to find the dealer replaced it overnight with an effing minivan. 

 

You never cease to amaze me with your ridiculous updates. When I started playing, this game was a lot of fun, but it's become frustrating and generally annoying. If this Matchmaking system becomes a permanent alteration to the game I won't be playing anymore.

Hmm. I could have sworn they were trying to move us to TX. I know that the mods have said TX was supposed to have all the broken/underdeveloped parts of TO fixed.

So why are the legends to powerful? Is it because they are more likely to have a suite of m4s instead of m3.5s? Or do they get special missions which give them loads of drugs? I'm beginning to think that perhaps M4 needs to be its own level, just with no MUing after it, so no M4.1-M5s. Then ditch the rank system for an equipment system.

TX has it easier, because you can't change equipment mid-battle. So if I had my M2 Hunter and M2 Rico, I would be sent to a M2 battle, whether its a W5 with a m2 or a Legend with a M2, and if I equipped my m0 twins and hornet, I could play with other m0s, from recruit to Marshals who never bothered to buy upgraded equipment they dislike.

I hate this new update. The matchmaking system is so unfair. I got into a match with a lieutenant and a recruit, while I'm a First Sergeant.  You also don't know which map you'll be playing. Me personally, I dislike some of the maps and don't want to play them, but I'm forced to play them because it takes forever for a match to start. Please bring back the old system because this new matchmaking system is bull.

i think tanki mach making should go away because if i go to the battle list and play a game from there i cant get missions done and the battles are allays strange and unfair and less people are going to play and the mach making system makes it so you dont know the map its just made tanki my least fave game now remove it so i like this game as no 1 on my list
