lower ranks should be able to chat

i have been playing tanki for a little while and when they upgraded it, I couldn't chat then i forgot my login so i have this account now.. but anyways i cant chat with my team in  battle it really sucks i understand that you want eople to play more then chat but its nice to chat if lower ranks cant chat in the chat box the should be able to chat in battles then there teammates can talk to them and want to add them as a friend.

The first rank that will allow you to speak both in game chat as well as in the chat lobby is the Master Sergeant rank. Before that, you can't talk in chat as well as in game battles and there are few reasons why this is made, one of them is to reduce the spam that some players used to do, also we can't deny that some players make a new account just to violate the game rules in a way or another whether it is by selling a account on the chat lobby while using a small account which they don't care whether the account gets banned or not since they simply can create a new one. Also in case you have some ideas to suggest please do so in the Ideas and Suggestions section, not in here. This section is meant only for tech problems and solutions and not for ideas or discussions. 

 

Before I close the topic, I'm kinda curious to know what you meant by your problem since I'm not sure. Which account you couldn't chat and why or when? Do you perhaps mean that your account got banned which is why you were not able to ''chat''?
