I got an onion computer, and HTML gives half the fps and the font look horrible, along with a lot of undiscovered (by me) bugs. Hope Ninja is a qualified astrologer :ph34r:.

Hey - not sure if Nives is around, but moderators, can we get a thread opened in News and Announcements for HTML5?

 

Threads are starting to spawn here, when they need to be in the developers area.

Can we have a thread created in News and Announcements since HTML5 is now in pilot on the production servers?

 

Would’ve ease up on the weed threads popping up here and elsewhere...

For those who are worried about the HTML5, our CM is already aware of it and already answered some of the questions regarding it.

 

 

Fair concern, we will handle it soon. HTML5 is still in limited testing, but we're slowly opening it to more people.

Slowly opening to a wide range of players who just play by going to the website, without the link.

 

The original intent was to include a limited number of people to not disrupt the game for regular players.

Not good to try right now, sound is awful - FPS is terrible too . Nice to try and test but not good to play with.

Sound seems OK, still a little off but altogether much better than previous versions. For reasons unknown the garage is now aliased, but at least there is a shadow under the tank.

I have some doubts about the chat channels. For example, how will one "General" chat channel be able to handle all the messages from all of the servers in TO? There will be constant message spam from 20k players and it seems it will be very difficult to use.

Yea its part of the new maps that will be released into the game with the Matchmaking system. I think it's called Yorkshire (Some close to that)

I play Tanki since 2011 and seriously the old version has some good. I know I may should not say that, because it's like if I say that actual Tanki is bad, it's not, but the old one........ was more an exclusive game.. I hope tanki won't become like World of Tanks, as I really likes the main idea of Tanki, which it's far from reality, but I guess it's what most people likes
