I suggest that we will only receive from containers the world cup paint of the country we live in. They are pretty ugly and clog up containers. I might wear one to support my country, but other than that no-one wants one.

USA didn't qualify for this FIFA WC, nor did Italy.

I would like the option, in Settings, to not render the animation of animated paints. Ideally, this would also cause the client to only download a lower-memory static version of animated paints, saving not only on eyestrain and CPU cycles but also on memory.

I wanted to give that as idea.

Well , graphic designers of TO are creating new 'pretty' paints like it's art gallery or something . Please make new camouflage paints because , in my opinion , it will be more useful for hiding or to stay more undetected while attacking or/and supporting teammates . Anyway we all know what's use of camouflage .

I think we should create a paint called yellow in the shop for 50 crystals. It looks really well on tanks, you can see from the Spectrum paint when it turns yellow. It has to be a bright color though.

World cup paints are paints even if they are in containers so this topic is more suitable for it since it is about the paint and not about the container but like you said, either way, it gets forwarded although knowing how busy/lazy they are, I doubt they will complete the amazing ideas suggested by players. One can only wish..;p
