Category Ideas for Paints!

Since Paints Separation Update in 2016, paints changes nothing except tank's look. Not long time ago developers have added radar in HTML5 version,  outlines when you aim enemy tanks, Hornet Overdrive which make opponents visible from any point in the map and Mobile version's auto-shooting mechanism.

So, the paints' role could be preventing those. There are Summer, Winter, and Night schemes for maps. Each paint would be for one of the schemes, Green paints for summer, White for winter and so on. If a player have a White paint equiped in Winter scheme:

• It's tank will become less visible for opponents from longer distance
• It won't be detected by opponents' radars and Hornet's overdrives
• Red outlines won't appear on it
• Mobile version auto shooting mechanism won't shoot at this tank from longer distance

 This would make paints matter, and players would need equip paint required for scheme they're playing in, to get these bonuses.

I'd still be able to find them quite easily if I'm using gauss sniping mode (which you forgot to mention).

 

Other than that, its a pretty cool idea.

Create new special rarity animated paints. I really enjoy using paints like Holi, Thankos, Yay Ten! and I would like to see more of these type of paints even if they are sold in the shop because these paints are unique and remind you of special events such as Yay Ten! which was tanki's 10th anniversary.

Hi guys

A new idea, I feel like if the Paints show in the Garage was in a spherical shape it will be cool. The paints now are flat, but they fit the tank in a surrounded shape, which is incompatible!

My suggestion is basically, convert all of the Garage Paints in HTML5 to a spherical shape, so it will be a better view to know how it will fit in your tank, and also cooler.

Honestly I don't think it's that much practical now like if it was in 2012, because now you can directly see how the paint fit in your tank without buying it. But I think it would be cooler.. 

Here's my video, sorry guys if the video was far from the suggestion and more like just a kids youtube video. I wanted in the first to make it as a short GIF, but then said to myself it would be cool and maybe give me some views if I created it as a video.

So the video is somehow unrelated, but the base of the idea is exist.

Yep, this meme could very well be a paint (it would look very nice in battle also): 

 

Also I think it's a good idea, although some memes could be low quality for paints - e.g pog champ and troll face - unless there are multiple of them. But anyways, there's not really much else to it.

Cool! But the Meme Paints should look nice on Tanks.

Not too dim, like the example above, or players won't be able to see what Meme Paint they have!

If it's Animated, then it can look great!

It is a lot of detail, but there are other Paints in the game that have a lot of detail as well.

It can be a non-animated paint as well!

There is already a yellow paint which is helper exclusif paint, its name is called neon, thats why i think they didnt make a yellow paint because it would confuse players thinking that you are an helper. However, there is the spectrum paint which has several colors including yellow, but for a few seconds :D
