Declined Problem with equipment change time

Hi,

 

So other day I was playing Arena CP. I was twins titan and I had my opponent just joined watched my turret and saw my protect module.

 

He left the battle and rejoined it with full protection and a turret for which I don't have any protection followed by his friends. If I change my equip he can again change his and I have to wait for the cool down period of 5 mins and he gets the lead.  

 

How about if you join game you cannot change anything next 5 mins. If you change you have to wait another 5 mins. If you leave battle you still have that timer counting down on you that is not dissapearing and giving you ability to change after rejoining the same battle. 

 

Also, please change the cool down period to 3- 4 mins if you can't make the system to continue the cool down period of equipment change.

Small battles where players keep re-joining to change equipment are not that common, so creating such a massive inconvenience for all other players only for a benefit of a few doesn't make sense. If you want to avoid such situations you need to stop playing this kind of battle.
