Try to use the code a few hours later or the next day. We had the same problem. Players complained about it but later they said it has worked.

Sorry, but I think my wrong timing has caused a lot of confusion. The livestream was a long time ago at the introduction of the flow paint. After it came that my premium had expired, I waited for some days for it to come back. But I never got it and I have been busy since then so sorry for this delay.

 

And also I didn't get a promo code.

I'm afraid the day of premium literally starts when it is added to your account. Cedric can't give you compensation, as you were already luck enough to win a day of premium, but you chose not to play, so it isn't tanki's fault :/

Well, 1 day is 24 hours, so you could have had 24 hours of playing time but you chose none of it, you don't need to 'play all night'... I'm just trying to help you, if you don't like the answer then I'm afraid there's not much I can do. He won't give you anything or decide not to cos of the way you talk btw :) But if you still want to hear it from him, go ahead I guess, but you'll have a lot more luck sending him a PM :)

Haha nice joke. The winner of the flow paint was a banned account. Many just gave their names and haven't played afterwards. So please don't be Cedric.

 

I think I wrote Hey Cedric in my first post and not hey noob admin or something like that. It doesn't matter about you its Cedric's decision. I don't know why you people are taking his decisions. There is a reason why I didn't post this in complaints section. Remember I said "Can you do me a favor" in my request? Well I need a good human on the other side to respond. And its not that I am searching for a good person in a crowd. I am just targeting my request to a good person-Cedric. I don't want any bunch of inhuman people springing into this. Maybe I should have sent him a PM but I thought he would be busy. But due to these annoying geese I sent him a PM.

wow so this is our final week with Cedric and in this weeks video ..
