Different Map Design According to Game Mode

Maps have the same, boring design which is always the same whatever the game mode you play. My suggestion is to have a different map design to better suit the different game modes so that players find it easier to battle according to the game modes they currently play.

 

For example, there should be 4 different map designs for Polygon.

 

Polygon DM, TDM, CTF and CP.

 

The same design change must also apply to all maps in Tanki Online.

 

The reason why I am suggesting a different map design according to game mode is to make maps look and feel different, and also make them more suitable for different game modes. I have noticed that some maps are hard to play on certain game modes. For example, large maps on CP modes take players too long to drive to a control point for capturing it.

 

This suggestion will make maps better suited for gameplay of different battling modes.

Declined.

 

Developers don't take ideas from players when it comes to such things as making new maps or new map modes so it is entirely up to them if they will change them or not. Besides from what I see, you are suggesting all 70+ maps in the game to have 3 different versions which makes it total of 280 map edits. All maps in the game are already balanced to make every game mode playable on them so it is pointless.

That's why such maps have more than one Control Point as opposed to small sized maps like Island. Furthermore, as @Maf put it's difficult to design alterations for 70+ maps. My suggestion is instead of having to do all of this, why not create a new map?

i suppose you could help the devs in creating maps for each mode and for each map

what if u like the map for DM but you dont like to play much in DM battles
