My job is to inform, listen and share with the developers what players think. I don't persuade, I tell the truth.

Don't you think this approach could be too passive? If you were to inform the developers of the players' opinion, but the developers decided to devise a solution (perhaps hastily, resulting in said solution being poor) whilst keeping the disliked game mechanic rather than simply removing the disliked new game mechanic, would you speak up if you thought their approach was wrong?

sir would like to know why when we kill Russian players they seem not to die or take longer to kill.. also i'm finding my battles now sir i'm getting less scores even when i kill players , example i get say 5 kills to 1 accounted for . i loose out on 4 kills in battles . this is every battle i go into with my many accounts.. please explain this . ???

This most likely has something to do with your Ping and distance from servers (which are located in Netherlands). Nothing you can do to help it, except moving closer to the servers. xD

Sir I have never seen it as bad as what it is these past few months , it mainly started right after the drug system changed , before we had lag but it was playable . for the kills never seen this every in the four years I have been here.

I do speak up. I strongly emphasize how passionate and vocal players are about the issue, for example, a person saying they don't like new update against the whole Forum erupting in discussion how unwelcome the feature is. My job is to summarize and push for most pressing issues to be recognized. My opinions as a person working on the game is also your own, as a player actually playing it, even on my low rank at the moment. Just remember, our designers have goals often further that a single update, and it could be hard to see where all the changes are coming from, but easy to get outraged about them. I'd like to share bigger picture with you.

Thank you sir but in the past dealing and reporting to tanki on line is more of a head-ache then helping players , when it comes to lag its the same old story line of cleaning your cache or your server provider needs to change , to even saying I need a new computer. been there done it way too many times..

1. First of all he needs to read the GAME RULES and make sure that the actions of the player truly violate them.

 

2. Then he needs to collect evidence. The best proof is a video which clearly shows the violation. Quality of the video must allow moderators to easily understand nicknames and ranks of all the players.

• They only accept screenshots and videos made less than a 15 day's ( the video/screenshots must not be edited).
• The video’s length should be no less than 5 minutes and no more than 15.
• During the video, press TAB at least once to show the scoreboard of the battle.
• We only accept videos made in battles as evidence because videos made "outside", i.e. in the server chat, do not provide enough information on what the player was doing in the battle.
• Quality of screenshots or videos must allow moderators to easily understand nicknames and ranks of all the players.
• When recording a video, the player has no right to violate the rules of the game themselves. All complaints of sabotage will be considered in the light of all the participants of the battle, including the creator of the video.

Attention! all the evidence posted in the topic cannot be older than a month! (the period during which the player can appeal the punishment).

Do not remove screenshots or videos from your hosting sites until a month has passed from your report being completed (A month is the period allowed for a player to appeal his / her punishment).

I guess  already has powers but doesn't want to use them. I think he might create a special battle for a photoshoot but not increase his rank :P

Oh it's coming, I just want to know you all better first ;)

This is the real reason why he is not increasing his rank. He wants to know those low rankers also unlike Cedric.  :P  ;)
